Barack Obama no longer thinks we have to kill Osama Bin Laden(video)

Barack Obama doesn't think it is necessary to kill Bin Laden?
In a presidential debate in October, he said: 'We will kill bin Laden. We will crush al-Qaeda. That has to be our biggest national security priority.' Link.

He seems to have changed his mind. This is a radical departure from his previous criticism of the Bush administration for not going after Bin Laden aggressively enough. Things really change when you have to accept the responsibility.

Barack Obama has claimed it is no longer necessary to kill Osama Bin Laden to win the war against al-Qaeda.

In an unprecedented departure from the current wanted 'dead or alive policy,' the U.S. President-Elect said that simply keeping bin Laden holed up in a cave was enough to keep America safe. excerpted from dailymail.co.uk/news....

  1. Well, I guess if we really really need to kill bin Laden, we don't anymore... Like if a junkie is waiting for a fix, and six weeks later, he's still on the corner, waiting, he really doesn't need it any more.

  2. His whole statements about we should never have been in Iraq are purely politically motivated.

  3. I don't suppose you also posted anywhere President Bush's comments about "I really don't care about him anymore...

  4. If Obama makes it for two terms, it is likely that Bin Ladin will die from old age.
That notwithstanding the United States will require an overwhelming force for Afghanistan/Pakistan if it is to prevail. With Obama's latest commitment to Afghanistan, the US is in the area for a protracted stay...
