Americans Don't Want EPA to Regulate CO2 Without Congressional Approval

Americans are evenly divided over the decision by EPA to regulate greenhouse gases, but a majority (53%) of Americans don't want EPA to regulate unless Congress gives approval.

Rasmussen reported:

But 53% of Americans say the EPA should not be able to implement greenhouse gas regulations without congressional approval. The ruling on Monday could pave the way for the agency to impose its own regulations, something that just 24% say the federal agency should be able to without Congressional approval.
