12.2 percent of Florida workers are getting their 'Hope and Change' at the unemployment office

Unemployment in Florida is at the highest level ever recorded. Florida voted for Barack Obama in 2008. How is that 'Hope and Change' working out in the Sunshine state?

Florida's unemployment is now near the peak of 12.3 percent forecast for midsummer, according to Florida's Economic Estimating Conference, a group of state labor experts. The comparable national unemployment rate is 9.7 percent for February.
