New Billboard uses a picture of Jimmy Carter to call Obama the worst president

The newest billboard in Grand Junction, Colorado unfavorably compares President Obama with former President Jimmy Carter. It is paid for by small business owners who wants to remain anonymous.

    That's a good one. Yes, Obama has surpassed Carter to become the worst President in history.
