OBVIOUSLY playing "the race card" there-- "...but they won't support it now, because I'm a BLACK guy...." This, plus sending out Effin' Joe Biteme to do his "manufactured outrage" speech by accusing GOP of rape, means they are growing more desperate for gaining popular support.
