Speaking on the Sean Hannity show last night, Dick Morris said the Democrats plan to pass ObamaCare in the Senate with only 50 "hardcore" democrat votes and VP Joe Biden breaking the tie. Morris thinks they will use the "Reconciliation Process" which is only meant for budget bill. However, VP Biden gets to decide what is a budget bill.

The problem is the Byrd rule. This was the doom of Republicans who tried the very same under Bush. The bill if passed will look like a bare fish skeleton.
