Boehner betrays us one more time...

Can we go on and kick Boehner's butt out of the Speaker's Office?
Washington (CNN)Just seven hours before federal agencies ran out of money, the House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a bill funding the federal government through Dec. 11.
The measure, which comes hours after the Senate passed a spending bill of its own, will now go to President Barack Obama's desk and averts a government shutdown.
The bill was approved 277 to 151, with House Democrats providing most of the votes in favor. Many conservatives wanted to use the bill to defund Planned Parenthood after edited videos released by an anti-abortion group purportedly showed officials talking about the sale of fetal tissue. The group denied any illegal activity, and the bill approved on Wednesday will continue federal money for Planned Parenthood.
I wonder how the Pope feels about Boehner enabling the funding of Planned Parenthood?

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas renounces Oslo Accords...

Since the Oslo Accords created the Palestinian Authority, which Abbas claims to head, and gave the Palestinians limited self-government over parts of the West Bank and Gaza, Israel should dissolve the Palestinian government and take over complete control of the West Bank and Gaza.

Via NY Times:
Demonstrating a new level of tension with Israel, President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority declared Wednesday that it was no longer bound by the Oslo Accords that formed the basis for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
In his annual General Assembly speech, Mr. Abbas accused Israel of having violated the accords and subsequent agreements. He asserted that there was no reason the Palestinians should remain faithful to them as long as the Israelis were not.

Twitter may allow more than 140 characters?

I support this change.
Twitter is building a new product that will allow users to share tweets that are longer than the company’s 140-character limit, according to multiple people familiar with the company’s plans.
It’s unclear what the product will look like, but sources say it would enable Twitter users to publish long-form content to the service. Users can already tweet out blocks of text with products like OneShot, but those are simply images, not actual text published on Twitter. A Twitter spokesperson declined to comment.
The 140-character limit has been one of Twitter’s trademark features since day one. It has long been scrutinized by those outside the company, and many have argued over the years that Twitter should expand it. It has also been a topic of discussion internally at Twitter for years, according to multiple sources, and has resurfaced in recent months under interim CEO Jack Dorsey as the company has been exploring new ways to grow its user base.

Donald Trump wants to cut your taxes and raise his!

Leadership...

Via The Hill:
GOP front-runner Donald Trump rolled out a plan Monday that would slash the top corporate tax rate by more than half while also dropping millions from the income tax rolls.
Trump has talked up his tax plan for weeks, noting over and over that he would raise taxes on Wall Street executives who he believes are paying entirely too little to the Treasury.
In his plan, the billionaire businessman does target the carried interest provision prized by investment fund managers, in one of several proposals that appear aimed at tapping into the populist anger of the moment.
But in other ways, Trump’s tax plan fits comfortably within decades of GOP orthodoxy, based on the idea that a tax plan that sparks economic growth will help struggling middle-income families, and overlaps with plans released by other candidates, like former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush.
Trump would cut the top individual tax rate from 39.6 percent to 25 percent, while totally scrapping the estate tax. All businesses would pay a maximum rate of 15 percent, a steep drop from the top corporate rate of 35 percent.
The seven income tax brackets would be collapsed into four brackets of 0 percent, 10 percent, 20 percent and 25 percent, while the tax rate on capital gains would see a slight dip, from 23.8 percent to 20 percent. Single filers earning up to $25,000 annually would face no income tax, as would married couples earning up to $50,000 a year.

Obama: That JV team is now an "apocalyptic cult"

Change...

Via NBC:
President Barack Obama warned that “dangerous currents” threaten to create a “darker world” in a wide-ranging address to the United Nations General Assembly on Monday.
Obama slammed Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad as a “tyrant” and urged the international community to work together to defeat ISIS.
“There is no room for accommodating an apocalyptic cult like ISIL,” the president said, using an alternative name for the terrorist group.

Obama criticizes Trump's idea of building a wall on the border

Obama still likes the fence around the White House, doesn't he?

Via Daily Caller:
President Barack Obama took an implied swipe at Donald Trump’s desire to build a wall along the U.S./Mexico border during a speech Monday at the United Nations General Assembly.
“We see greater polarization, more frequent gridlock, movements on the far right, and sometimes the left, that insist on stopping the trade that binds our fates to other nations, calling for the building of walls to keep out the immigrants,” Obama said.
“Most ominously we see the fears of ordinary people being exploited through appeals to sectarianism, or tribalism, or racism, or anti-Semitism,” he continued.
“Appeals to a glorious past before the body politic was infected by those who look different or worshiped God differently,” he said. “A politics of us versus them. The United States is not immune from this.”

Boehner plans on joining with democrats to fund Planned Parenthood...

Betrayal...
(CNSNews.com) - House Speaker John Boehner said on CBS’s "Face the Nation" this morning that there will be no government shutdown—thus signaling that the House of Representatives he will lead until the end of next month will not send the Senate a continuing resolution that Democrats there would filibuster because it prohibits funding of Planned Parenthood or that President Barack Obama would veto for the same reason.
In response to a follow-up question from host John Dickerson, Boehner said he was "sure" the funding bill he will put through the  Republican-majority House will need Democratic votes to pass.
The law currently funding the government will expire on Wednesday, the last day of fiscal 2015.

RINO Alert: Rubio wants to expand the 1993 Family & Medical Leave Act...

The FMLA Act is one of those things that sound like a good idea, but are rife for abuse. We have all heard stories about someone being fired for taking off to care for a spouse dying of cancer or some other horrible disease. Having been in management for almost 30 years, I can tell you that would be a rare thing at most companies. Good employees are hard to replace and most managers have some level of compassion. The FMLA Act imposed a one-size-fits-all government solution on what was a rare problem. If we add pay to FMLA, it will become like unemployment. Many people on unemployment won't even seriously look for a job until the unemployment is about to end.

Via Boston Newstime:
Sen. Marco Rubio on Friday called for expanding the 1993 Family & Medical Leave Act – a central part of President Bill Clinton’s initial agenda upon taking office – to allow more American parents to spend more time with their families in need.
Speaking at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C., Rubio said he wants to shore up the 23-year-old law because it has grown ‘insufficient’ for modern times.
Rubio reminded the audience that his parents were both born to poor families in Cuba, and only came to America after their marriage in 1956.
‘One of the reasons I am so privileged is that I was born to two parents who were able to be a constant presence in the lives of their children,’ Rubio said.
Rubio wants to offer businesses a 25 percent tax credit for offering employees paid leave instead of unpaid time off.

Last gun shop in San Fransisco throws in the towel...

Videotaping every transaction and turning over customer personal data to the police weekly was just too much. This is the height of stupidity. Most criminals get guns on the street or from friends or relatives.

Via FOX News:
Ever since it was opened in the 1950s by a celebrated Olympic shooter, High Bridge Arms has been a defiant fixture in San Francisco’s Mission District, but a coming wave of new firearms restrictions has prompted the last gun shop in the liberal City by the Bay to pack it in.
The proposed new city regulations, which could only be aimed at High Bridge Arms, would have required the shop to take and preserve video of all transactions and turn customers’ personal data over to police on a weekly basis. General Manager Steven Alcairo said the shop’s owners finally threw in the towel after years of what they consider being unfairly targeted with burdensome rules and regulations. Past regulations have required the shop to bar ads and displays from its windows and install cameras and barriers around its exterior. The shop has 17 cameras as it is, and turns video over to police on request, he said.

Did Hillary just get caught committing perjury?

Hillary certified she turned over all work emails, under penalty f perjury. Of course, Bill Clinton committed perjury and few seemed to care. Hillary should claim the emails were about sex. That would make it OK for democrats.
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration has discovered a chain of emails that Hillary Rodham Clinton failed to turn over when she provided what she said was the full record of work-related correspondence as secretary of state, officials said Friday, adding to the growing questions related to the Democratic presidential front-runner’s unusual usage of a private email account and server while in government.
The messages were exchanged with retired Gen. David Petraeus when he headed the military’s U.S. Central Command, responsible for running the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. They began before Clinton entered office and continued into her first days at the State Department. They largely pertained to personnel matters and don’t appear to deal with highly classified material, officials said, but their existence challenges Clinton’s claim that she has handed over the entirety of her work emails from the account.

Obamacare database had huge security flaws...

22 high, 62 medium, and 51 low vulnerabilities...

Via The Washington Free Beacon:
An Obamacare database storing personal information on millions of Americans including Social Security Numbers was riddled with “basic security flaws,” according to a report from an agency watchdog.
ABC News reports:
The government stored sensitive personal information on millions of health insurance customers in a computer system with basic security flaws, according to an official audit that uncovered slipshod practices.
The Obama administration said it acted quickly to fix all the problems identified by the Health and Human Services inspector general’s office. But the episode raises questions about the government’s ability to protect a vast new database at a time when cyberattacks are becoming bolder.

Rasmussen: 51% would not vote for a Muslim for President...

I am in that 51%.

Via Rasmussen:
Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson has been criticized by other candidates and the media for saying he could not support a Muslim for president of the United States. But guess what? Over half of U.S. voters agree.
Fifty-one percent (51%) of Likely U.S. Voters say they would not personally be willing to vote for a Muslim president. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 28% say they would be willing to support a Muslim in the White House. A sizable 20% are undecided.
Fifty-two percent (52%) say most of their family, friends and co-workers also would not be willing to vote for a Muslim president. Only 15% say they would. Thirty-two percent (32%) are not sure.
By comparison, 78% said they could vote for a black president after Barack Obama clinched enough delegates to be the Democratic presidential nominee in 2008.

Revealed: Clinton email company was reportedly hacked

Hillary is trying to keep you from reading her emails, but it is likely the Chinese have already read them.

Via Breitbart:
The company that Hillary Clinton paid to manage her private email network was the victim of a massive international hack during the period in which Clinton was employing it, Breitbart News has learned.
Hillary Clinton used the company Internap as the internet service provider for her private email account during her tenure as Secretary of State. Internap, based in Atlanta, has a facility in Manhattan, near the the physical location of the IP address for clintonemail.com.
In March 2011, the security company RSA was hacked. The hackers got into the company’s system through a malware-infested email sent to an employee, then installed a “backdoor” and stole data. RSA called it “an extremely sophisticated cyber attack.”
RSA was not the only victim of the attack. A victim list showed that more than 760 other organizations were also “compromised.” Internap appeared five times on the full victim list.

Health Insurance Deductibles Rising Faster Than Wages...

The cost curve was not bent down. that was another lie.

Via NY Times:
It may not seem like much — just an extra hundred dollars or so a year.
But the steady upward creep in health insurance deductibles has easily outpaced the average increase in a worker’s wages over the last five years, according to a new analysis released on Tuesday by the Kaiser Family Foundation.
Kaiser, a health policy research group that conducts a yearly survey of employer health benefits, calculates that deductibles have risen more than six times faster than workers’ earnings since 2010.

Obama Unilaterally Changes Immigration Law One More Time (H1B Visas)

It's good to be king.
Administration lawyers ‘reinterpret’ the law to greatly increase visas for technology firms. Last week Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley hit back against Obama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after the agency pushed through, during a congressional recess, a major immigration item that has long been on the technology lobby’s wish list. According to a new “policy memorandum,” Obama’s immigration authorities will now be redefining the term “specialized knowledge” as it applies to the L-1B visa, a program previously aimed at bringing over highly sought-after “intracompany transferees” from American firms’ affiliated companies abroad. No doubt burned by Congress’s “stubborn” refusal to raise the cap on annual cap on H-1B visas (which are “skilled” temporary non-immigrant worker visas) the Obama administration, at the behest of Big Tech lobbyists, has told its agency lawyers to think up a clever alternative. In a strongly worded letter to Obama’s immigration authorities, Grassley, a 35-year Senate veteran, closely outlines the legal and practical faults of the new policy and demands answers from the agency regarding its purported authority for the move.

NYT: Scott Walker is dropping out...

Scott Walker missed a great opportunity, but his extreme stance on abortion (no exception for rape or life of mother) and his failure to grab hold of the immigration issue hurt him.

Via NYT's:
Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin has concluded he no longer has a path to the Republican presidential nomination and plans to drop out of the 2016 campaign, according to three Republicans familiar with his decision who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
Mr. Walker called a news conference in Madison at 6 p.m. Eastern.
“The short answer is money,” said a supporter of Mr. Walker’s who was briefed on the decision. “He’s made a decision not to limp into Iowa.”
The supporter said that Mr. Walker’s fund-raising had dried up after his decline in the polls and that campaign officials did not feel they could risk going into debt with the race so uncertain. The governor, who was scheduled to be in New York and Washington this week, partly to raise money, had built up an expansive staff, bringing on aides and consultants detailed to everything from Christian conservative outreach to Super Tuesday states. But his fund-raising did not keep pace with the money needed to sustain such an infrastructure.

Native American tribes unhappy about Obamacare employer mandate

Native Americans should vote Republican...

Via The Daily Signal:
Native American tribes are pushing back against a provision of Obamacare mandating that tribal governments provide health insurance to their employees. Tribal leaders say it’s a “misinterpretation” of the law that will cost millions of dollars.
When Congress passed the Affordable Care Act in 2009, lawmakers exempted Native Americans from the individual mandate, shielding them from having to pay a fine for not having insurance. Native Americans could, however, purchase health insurance on the federal exchange, HealthCare.gov, and have access to substantial tax credits, driving down the cost of their plans.[...]
Congress did not, however, exempt Native American tribal governments from Obamacare’s employer mandate, which is already in effect for large employers and goes into effect for small businesses with between 50 and 99 employees next year. Now, tribal governments are beginning to realize the effects the employer mandate could have on reservations’ economies and the lives of their employees.
I wonder if Elizabeth Warren will take up their cause and try to repeal the employer mandate?

Obama's Secret Service throws cancer-stricken kids out of park...

If it had been a Muslim rally, Obama would have told the Secret Service to leave them alone.

Via WaPo:
The U.S. Secret Service ordered hundreds of parents and their cancer-stricken children out of Lafayette Square on Saturday night, barricading the park for at least two hours and disrupting the group’s plans for a candlelight vigil to raise awareness and research funding for childhood cancer, participants said.
Some of the parents and children expressed hurt and disappointment that the Secret Service and Park Police, citing security precautions, virtually shut down part of a two-day event called CureFest for Childhood Cancer.
“We ended up waiting at the gates for two hours, and they never let us in,” said Natasha Gould, an 11-year-old Canadian girl who started a blog after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor this year. “And to be clear, the entire crowd was half kids. I cried last night in my hotel room because it was my first CureFest, and I couldn’t believe people were acting like they don’t care about children.”

Demo KY gubernatorial candidate Jack Conway panders for women's vote: "I’ve even got a female dog"

You can't make stuff this stupid up. There is video from the debate.

CONWAY: “Gosh let me count the ways that we’ve made the state a better place for women. Let me say first of all that issue is one for the general assembly. Okay that really didn’t have anything to do with the office of the Attorney General. Now the Kentucky State Police certainly looked into it. They did an investigation with a former LRC director. There was a settlement. But I can tell you this. When I became Attorney General I think half of my directors were women. My first chief-deputy was a woman. I’m married to a strong professional woman in Elizabeth Davenport Conway. I’ve got two little girls, I’ve even got a female dog, they’ve got me surrounded.”

Jill Biden has given Joe her approval to run for President?

If this is true, here comes Joe...
Contrary to reports suggesting Vice President Joe Biden's wife remains an obstacle to his potential presidential run, sources tell NBC News that Jill Biden is fully behind him for another bid.
Jill Biden, sources tell NBC's Chuck Todd, is 100 percent on-board with a presidential run, despite reports indicating her hesitation is part of what's keeping Biden from jumping into the race.
And that looks more likely by the day, as sources have indicated Biden's been meeting with Democratic leaders during his travel...

Jeb Bush: 10th Amendment trumps the 2nd Amendment...

Jeb must be on drugs. Donald Trump has a saner position on the 2nd Amendment.
Stephen Colbert: Well, the right to have an individual firearm to protect yourself is a national document, in the Constitution, so shouldn’t that also be applied national…
Jeb Bush: No. Not necessarily…There’s a 10th amendment to our country, the Bill of Rights has a 10th amendment that says powers are given to the states to create policy, and the federal government is not the end all and be all. That’s an important value for this country, and it’s an important federalist system that works quite well.

Donald Trump releases an in-depth policy paper supporting gun ownership and the media ignores it...

After criticizing Trump for lack of substance, the media, including FOX and other so-called conservative websites, have focused on Trump not calling out a town hall attendee who called Obama a Muslim. They have mostly ignored his substantive paper on our Second Amendment rights. In the last two weeks, all the media have been trying to take out Trump and replace him with Carly Fiorina. We are constantly hearing about one obscure New Hampshire poll that showed Fiorina in a statistical dead heat in that state. The poll respondents were very narrowly chosen (voted in the last three Republican primaries and general elections in addition to the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Primary) and likely didn't include some of Trump's broader support. They ignore a national poll from a better known polling organization that shows Trump gaining support after the CNN debate.

Via Breitbart:
On September 18, Donald Trump released an in-depth position paper on his gun policy, but many people never saw it because the media was too fixated on one comment about Muslims from a Thursday town hall meeting to dig into it.
Breitbart News dug into the position paper, reporting Trump’s contention that “concealed carry is a right, not a privilege” and his belief that “assault weapons” bans and “high magazine” bans are wrong-headed moves that only reduce the firearm and self-defense options available to law-abiding citizens.
But CNN is focused on the fact that a questioner at Trump’s September 17 town hall meeting made a comment about Muslims without Trump countering the questioner’s claims. The questioner suggested Muslims are “a problem in this country”—claiming Obama is Muslim—and then talking about how important it is to get rid of alleged training camps in the U.S. where Islamists hone their skills of attack.

Hillary wants to invade Mexico?

Well, they have been invading us for a long time. My guess is Hillary would like to end the drug problem as a prelude to erasing the Mexican-US border.

Via WMUR:
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton picked up the endorsement of Gov. Maggie Hassan on Friday in the middle of a three-day trip to New Hampshire.
Clinton has seen her support slip as rival Bernie Sanders continues to climb in the polls.
At an event at the University of New Hampshire, Clinton received Hassan’s endorsement and then tackled the issue of college affordability, saying that in exchange for community service, she’s making a pledge.
“We will guarantee you can attend your public college or university debt-free,” Clinton said.
Clinton also called the heroin epidemic in New Hampshire a top-tier issue in her campaign. In addition to the billions of dollars she has already promised for treatment and prevention, Clinton told News 9 she would consider going after the drug at its source, even if that means going into Mexico to do it.
“I think you have to,” she said. “This has to be a comprehensive strategy. And we know that this cheap heroin that is killing so many people is coming across our border.”

Obama advances his plan to "gay up" the military...

Via WaPo:
President Obama, in a historic first for the Pentagon, has chosen to nominate Eric Fanning to lead the Army, a move that would make him the first openly gay civilian secretary of one of the military services.
Fanning’s nomination is the latest in a series of actions taken by the administration to advance the rights of gays and lesbians throughout the federal government. The Obama administration has overhauled internal policies to provide benefits to same-sex partners, appointed gay men and lesbians to the executive branch and the federal bench and ended the 18-year ban on gays serving openly in the military.

Via The Washington Examiner:
A State Department official asked FBI Director James Comey to hand over electronic copies of any emails on Hillary Clinton's private server that may have been deleted.
Patrick Kennedy, the State Department's top records official, wrote in a letter to Comey Monday that the FBI had confiscated the thumb drives containing Clinton's emails before her attorney complied with a request to provide electronic copies to the State Department, according to documents obtained by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act.
Kennedy asked the FBI to share digital copies of the 55,000 printed pages of emails the State Department already has in its possession.
"Additionally, to the extent the FBI recovers any potential federal records that may have existed on the server at various points in time in the past, we request that you apprise the Department insofar as such records correspond with Secretary Clinton's tenure at the Department of State," Kennedy wrote.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, whose liberal call to action has propelled his long-shot presidential campaign, is proposing an array of new programs that would amount to the largest peacetime expansion of government in modern American history.
In all, he backs at least $18 trillion in new spending over a decade, according to a tally by The Wall Street Journal, a sum that alarms conservatives and gives even many Democrats pause. Mr. Sanders sees the money as going to essential government services at a time of increasing strain on the middle class.

Germany and France move to supporting Russia in Syria...

You can only draw so many fake red lines before everyone realizes you are full of sh*t.

Via Veterans Today:
Germany is surprisingly quitting the anti-Putin Alliance created by the United States: Germany now officially welcomes Moscow’s readiness to engage with Syria and launches an initiative to end the war with the Russians and the French.
Thus, the stream of refugees is to be stopped. Germany put thousands of soldiers on standby.
A spokesman of the Foreign Ministry also said Germany would welcome a greater engagement of Russia in the fight against the IS.
German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier even announced, with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov and the French colleague Laurent Fabius, a push to start to end the civil war in Syria. Lavrov and Fabius are expected in Berlin on Saturday.

Hero: Scott Walker wants to abolish unions for federal workers

Walker also wants a national "right-to-work law."
Las Vegas — Seeking to revitalize his presidential campaign, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker plans to focus Monday on weakening labor by proposing to abolish unions for federal workers, create a national "right-to-work law" and eliminate the National Labor Relations Board.
At a Las Vegas manufacturer, he also plans to call for requiring all unions to hold periodic votes so workers can decide whether they should continue to exist, according to his campaign. He will also cancel President Barack Obama's Labor Day order that federal contractors provide paid sick leave and work to end policies requiring some salaried workers to receive overtime — saying in some cases they should get time off instead.
"I will check the power of the big-government special interests, empower individuals, and protect taxpayers," Walker wrote in a paper spelling out his plans.
"It's time to address the problems with collective bargaining in public service rather than tinker around the edges. As president, I will work with Congress to eliminate big-government, federal unions on behalf of the American taxpayer."

Is Hillary starting to feel the "Bern?"

Stock up on popcorn.

Unexpected: Trump's poll numbers are rising with Republican women...

This will drive liberals and feminists crazy.
Washington (CNN)For any other presidential candidate, making off-color — and arguably sexist — comments about a female competitor would likely result in an insurmountable problem with women voters.
Not so for Donald Trump. At least not yet.
A new CNN/ORC poll shows that Trump has increased his lead among Republican women, boosting his share to 33% of women voters, up from 20% a month ago.
The real estate tycoon has repeatedly defied the normal rules of politics, building his standing among almost every GOP demographic group and leaving his opponents scrambling for how to respond. Jeb Bush said that Trump couldn’t insult his way to the White House, yet Trump’s insult-heavy strategy appears to be working, as Bush sits at 9% in the polls.

Hillary's server wasn't wiped, except with a cloth?

Obama's Justice and State Departments are not interested in recovering deleted memails from the server. They trust Hillary Clinton.

Via Breitbart:
The Denver-based company that stored Hillary Clinton’s private email server said that the emails might still be recoverable, because there’s no evidence that the server was properly wiped clean.
“Platte River has no knowledge of the server being wiped,” Platte River representative Andy Boian told The Washington Post. “All the information we have is that the server wasn’t wiped.”
If the server was not wiped clean, and investigators can still get all of the information off it, then Clinton-World’s attempts to stonewall the investigation could be rendered null and void.

Sad: Many college students at George Mason University don't know what caused 9-11

Unless you are pursuing an engineering or science degree, college is becoming a waste of time....

Via IJR:
Never forget?
When college students at George Mason University are asked by the Young America’s Foundation what caused 9-11, several give baffling or just plain wrong answers about the largest terrorist attack in U.S. history. This is an inexcusable failure of the U.S.’ education system and the major news media.
The 9-11 terrorist attacks fundamentally changed Americans’ way of life and its foreign policy for the last fourteen years. On that harrowing morning in 2001, two planes struck the twin towers of the World Trade Center. Two other planes were hijacked: one struck the Pentagon building, and the other was brought down by brave passengers on United Airlines Flight 93 over Pennsylvania.

Donald Trumps: All illegals can be deported within two year time frame...

Seems reasonable...

Via WSJ:
Donald Trump estimated that it will take 18 months to two years to get the roughly 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally to leave the country, and that he would then build a wall running along the border with Mexico.
The businessman’s statement made on a call with Alabama Republicans Thursday night added a bit of specificity to the Republican presidential frontrunner’s hardline stance on immigration. Mr. Trump released a six-page policy paper on immigration last month, and reporters have asked for details about how it would work since.
The Alabama Republican Party hosted the dial-in call with Mr. Trump Thursday night as part of series with the 2016 presidential candidates. Ben Carson, Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz have also participated.
On the call, Mr. Trump was asked for details about how long it would take to round up illegal immigrants living in the U.S., with the questioner asking if five or ten years was an appropriate timeframe. Mr. Trump said his two year benchmark could be met with “really good management.”

Alpha Male Alert: Trump Now Owns 100% of Miss Universe

Trump refuses to lose...

Via Daily Mail:

Donald Trump is back in business.
Three months after NBC ended their relationship with the presidential hopeful over comments he made about immigrants, Trump announced today that he had purchased the network’s stake in Miss Universe and is now the sole owner of the organization.
‘Just purchased NBC’s half of The Miss Universe Organization and settled all lawsuits against them. Now own 100% — stay tuned!’ wrote Trump on Twitter.

62% of illegal immigrant households receive welfare...

Anchor babies make welfare payments.

Via Free Beacon:
More than half of households headed by immigrants in the county illegally, or 62 percent, received welfare benefits in 2012, according to a report released by the Center for Immigration Studies.
In the same time period, 49 percent of households headed by legal immigrants received welfare benefits, while 30 percent of households headed by natives received the same.
The report evaluates data from the Census Bureau and found that illegal immigrant households benefit mostly from food programs like food stamps and Medicaid through their native-born children.
“Welfare use by illegal immigrant households is certainly a concern, but the bigger issue is welfare use by legal immigrants,” said Steven Camarota, the Center’s director of research and author of the report. “Three-fourths of immigrant households using welfare are headed by legal immigrants.”

Saudi Arabia doesn't want any refugees, but they did offer to build 200 mosques in Germany.

If Germany takes in hundreds of thousands of Muslim refugees, they are idiots.

Via The Independent:
Saudi Arabia has reportedly responded to the growing number of people fleeing the Middle East for western Europe – by offering to build 200 mosques in Germany.
Syria’s richer Gulf neighbours have been accused of not doing their fair share in the humanitarian crisis, with Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the UAE also keeping their doors firmly shut to asylum-seekers.
According to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, which quoted a report in the Lebanese newspaper Al Diyar, Saudi Arabia would build one mosque for every 100 refugees who entered Germany in extraordinary numbers last weekend.

1 in 5 illegals caught by Border Patrol have criminal records...

Does this mean 20% of all illegals in this country have criminal records?
All told, 91,000 criminal aliens caught by the Border Patrol were deported last year, he said, compared to about 486,000 total illegal immigrants caught — a ratio of about 1 in 5. Nearly half of the criminal aliens deported had aggravated felonies on their records, Mr. Judd said.
Some Democrats blamed border violence on U.S. gun laws, saying that Mexico’s laws are strict, but Mexican cartels are able to get high-powered weapons from the U.S. and smuggle them south.

Outcast: Anthony Weiner told to not attend Hillary fundraiser...

I am sure Carlos Danger can find something else to amuse himself during that time.
Anthony Weiner will be conspicuously absent from the fundraiser his boss, Michael Kempner, is throwing for his wife’s boss, Hillary Clinton.
Weiner has been kept away from Hillary since his second sexting scandal first broke in 2013, even though Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, has a bigger role than ever in Clinton’s presidential campaign.
Kempner and wife Jacqueline are hosting a fundraiser that Hillary will attend Sept. 24 at their home in Cresskill, NJ.
But Weiner (a.k.a. Carlos Danger) will not be there. “He was not only not invited,” said one source. “He was specifically told not to show up just in case he had any plans to.”

Louis Farrakhan: Osama bin Laden was a “good man”

Good men don't mass murder 3000 innocent civilians.
ROSEMONT, Ill. (Christian Examiner) – Osama bin Laden was a “good man” who only decided to wage war against the United States after it broke its Cold War promises to rebuild Afghanistan once Russia was expelled from the country, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan said in an address to his followers, a handful of Muslims and several Jews Sunday.

Kim Davis incarceration may impact KY Governor's race...

KY is a very religious state and gay marriage doesn't have popular support. GOP candidate Matt Bevin has been pushing a plan to get Davis out of jail. Democrat Jack Conway seems indifferent.
The court battle has spilled into the political realm, with Republican gubernatorial nominee Matt Bevin and GOP attorney general nominee Whitney Westerfield describing the situation as a struggle for religious liberty. Many of those protesting the legal action against Davis on the Ashland courthouse steps on Thursday often railed against the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on same-sex marriage and espoused negative views of homosexuality in general.
Davis’s incarceration has also attained national attention, with Republican presidential candidate and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who is currently polling ninth among the GOP field in an average calculated by Real Clear Politics, scheduled to attend a rally for Davis outside the Carter County Detention Center in Grayson.
But Democratic Attorney General Jack Conway said his opponent is focusing on Davis’s incarceration on the campaign trail “because he’s not winning on the issues.” He and other Democrats on the ballot Nov. 3 told reporters Monday they’re unconcerned with the political ramifications of a federal judge jailing someone for not following his order.
“I have sympathy for Kim Davis, but she’s in jail because she defied a federal judge’s court order,” Conway said after a pro-union rally at the Louisville Zoo picnic, adding his view that marriage licenses issued by deputy clerks are valid despite Davis’s attorneys arguing otherwise. “You can’t do that.”

Hillary Clinton says she "does not need to apologize for using a private email account and server"

Get off that horse Hillary. it's dead.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP)Hillary Rodham Clinton said Monday she does not need to apologize for using a private email account and server while at the State Department because "what I did was allowed."
In an interview with The Associated Press during a Labor Day campaign swing through Iowa, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination also said the lingering questions about her email practices while serving as President Barack Obama's first secretary of state have not damaged her campaign.
"Not at all. It's a distraction, certainly," Clinton said. "But it hasn't in any way affected the plan for our campaign, the efforts we're making to organize here in Iowa and elsewhere in the country. And I still feel very confident about the organization and the message that my campaign is putting out."
Yet even in calling the inquiry into how she used email as the nation's top diplomat a distraction, Clinton played down how it has affected her personally as a candidate.
"As the person who has been at the center of it, not very much," Clinton said. "I have worked really hard this summer, sticking to my game plan about how I wanted to sort of reintroduce myself to the American people."

Sarah Palin: Obama should carry a “big stick instead of a selfie stick”

Sarah Palin still has it...

Via Washington Times:
Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said Sunday that President Obama should have carried a “big stick instead of a selfie stick” during his visit to her state last week amid recent reports of Chinese and Russian aggression.
“Let’s take his recent trip up here, which was pretty much a tourism jaunt, really,” said Ms. Palin on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “How about if he while he was up here he had as a president carried a big stick instead of a selfie stick? He could start publicly berating these countries that are sticking it to us with the messages that they’re sending.”
Five Chinese warships sailed into U.S. territorial waters in the Bering Sea near Alaska during the president’s visit last week to promote his climate-change agenda, while Russian bombers were intercepted July 4 off the coasts of Alaska and California.

Irony: Westboro Baptist Church to Protest AGAINST Kim Davis

My irony meter explodes again...
“Well here's cognitive dissonance at its finest Westboro Baptist Church to Protest AGAINST Kim Davis,” talk show host Montel Williams tweeted on Saturday. “Buying a powerball ticket.”
Using the social media tag for “same-sex marriage,” Westboro later responded, “Cognitive dissonance is ‘Christians’ condemning the #SSM they caused with sanctioned adultery (divorce/remarriage).”
“Best hashtag to happen to @twitter >>#GodHatesAdultery,” another Westboro Tweet said Sunday morning. The post also shows an image with blood dripping down between the letters of a message saying, “GOD HATES ADULTERY.”

ISIS: We have smuggled over 4000 Jihadists into Europe posing as Syrian refugees...

See as most of the refugees are military age young men, I wouldn't be surprised if this was true. Look for all Hell to break loose in Europe in the next few months.

Via Express:
An operative working for Islamic State has revealed the terror group has successfully smuggled thousands of covert Jihadists into Europe.
The Syrian operative claimed more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen had been smuggled into western nations – hidden amongst innocent refugees.
The ISIS smuggler, who is in his 30s with a trimmed jet-black beard, revealed the ongoing clandestine operation is a complete success.
“Just wait,” he smiled.
The Islamic State operative spoke exclusively to BuzzFeed on the condition of anonymity and is believed to be the first to confirm plans to infiltrate western countries.
Islamic State, also referred to as IS and ISIS, is believed to be actively smuggling deadly gunmen across the sparsely-guarded 565-mile Turkish border and on to richer European nations, he revealed.
There are now more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen “ready” across the European Union, he claimed.

First Amendment Alert: Student Arrested For ‘Impeach Obama’ Sign Sues Police

Go get'em...

Via NY Post:
A Long Island college student who was arrested for hanging an “Impeach Obama” banner from a Long Island Expressway overpass is suing the Nassau County Police Department for violating his right to free speech, according to a Long Island federal lawsuit.
Danny Martins, a senior at Hofstra University who says he’s a member of the school’s Libertarian Club, was charged with disorderly conduct in June 2014 after hanging up the message and the American flag from a pedestrian walkway in Jericho.
But a judge eventually tossed all charges against the libertarian activist after citing his right to free speech.
Nassau County prosecutors initially argued that the activity posed a safety hazard.
Martins, who routinely hung political messages from overpasses beginning in 2013, filed suit against the Nassau department as well as individual officers involved in his arrest.

Number of Syrian refugees taken by five wealthiest Muslim countries is zero

They are afraid there are terrorists in the mix. They are probably right.

Via Breitbart London:
Five of the wealthiest Muslim countries have taken no Syrian refugees in at all, arguing that doing so would open them up to the risk of terrorism. Although the oil rich countries have handed over aid money, Britain has donated more than Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar combined.
Between 10 and 12 million Syrians have been displaced by the bloody civil war raging in their country. Most still remain within Syria’s borders, but around four million have fled over the borders into neighbouring countries, mostly Turkey Jordan and Lebanon, and beyond.
Lebanon, which has 1.1 million Syrian refugees, shut her borders to the Syrians in June of last year. Jordan, host to another 630,000, followed suit in August last year, preventing more Syrians from abandoning their country.

Can a person who needs help with basic life activities be President?

Hillary's emails have been very telling...
If I were to approach a person on the street and list off traits like “doesn’t drive,” “needs food prepared,” “needs help with the remote control,” “needs people to bring her beverages,” “has trouble remembering things,” and “doesn’t pay her own bills” about someone anonymously, he wouldn’t think I was referring to a current presidential front-runner in the year 2015. He would think I was referring to his poor nana, whom he had to place in a home because she wouldn’t stop yelling at the lamp and was at risk of accidentally microwaving her dentures. But, as we now know courtesy of the ongoing FOIA e-mail dump, all of these traits accurately describe the current Democratic front-runner and (as she is always eager to remind us) doting grandmother, Hillary Clinton. Amidst the e-mail revelations, an alarming pattern is developing about Clinton’s personal dependency on those inside her inner bubble. She isn’t just delegating important tasks to underlings, as any executive might; these aren’t urgent matters of national security, such as aides’ fetching satellite intelligence or the latest reports relevant to a managing executive. Rather, it appears that Hillary is either helpless or unwilling to perform even the most menial and trivial of daily tasks.
