So, James Comey originally thought Hillary Clinton was 'grossly negligent' with classified material...

James Comey changed his original draft to read “extremely careless.” This smells like a political decision. "Grossly negligent" would have required an indictment. The FBI has lost all credibility.

Newly reported memos to Congress released Monday showed that language was softened between an early draft and the final copy of former FBI Director James Comey’s statement closing out the Hillary Clinton email case.
Originally Comey accused the former secretary of state of being “grossly negligent” in handling classified information in a draft dated May 2, 2016, but that was modified to claim that Clinton had been “extremely careless” in a draft dated June 10, 2016.
Comey stuck to that modified language when he announced in July 2016 that there would be no charges against Clinton.

#CrookedHillary keeps on lying about her email arrangement

State Department agrees to release Hillary email security procedures...after the election.

Corruption at the highest levels...

Via Motherboard:
The State Department says it won’t release any documents relating to Hillary Clinton’s email security procedures and protocol until after the November presidential election.
In March 2015, soon after Clinton’s secret personal email account was reported by the New York Times, I filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the State Department asking for “communications, presentations, and procedures created by the State Department to secure Hillary Clinton’s email from electronic threats.” I filed a separate FOIA asking for emails sent to her personal @clintonemail.com account.
In May 2015, the State Department started releasing some of those emails, which has been an ongoing process sped along thanks to a VICE News FOIA lawsuit. But the department still hasn’t released documents about what procedures—if any—Clinton was supposed to use to keep emails on her server secure, a question that’s all the more important considering that Romanian hacker Guccifer claimed in an interview Wednesday that he repeatedly breached her account.

Clinton author Ed Klein thinks Hillary Clinton will be indicted...

We can only hope, but I am skeptical anyone named Clinton will be held accountable for anything.

Via Daily Caller:
Clinton author Ed Klein says that if Hillary Clinton is not indicted, FBI Director James Comey and “a lot of other FBI agents” would resign as well in protest.
In an interview with Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co” on Friday, Klein said, “I think Comey realizes that he’s got to wrap this [investigation] up well before the conventions otherwise he’s going to disenfranchise millions and millions of people. So I think this is going to be wrapped up in around six more weeks.”
Klein said that he thinks Clinton will get indicted but “Hillary has her lawyers talking to the Justice Department about a lesser charge, something in which she would just say, ‘Well, I’m sorry. It was a little sloppy, I shouldn’t have done that.”

Washington Post: Hillary Clinton authored and sent over 100 classified emails...

Of course they weren't marked classified or secret at the time because it was Hillary Clinton's job to classify them correctly. She was trained and authorized.

Via WaPo:
Hillary Clinton wrote 104 emails that she sent using her private server while secretary of state that the government has since said contain classified information, according to a new Washington Post analysis of Clinton’s publicly released correspondence.
The finding is the first accounting of the Democratic presidential front-runner’s personal role in placing information now considered sensitive into insecure email during her State Department tenure. Clinton’s authorship of dozens of emails now considered classified could complicate her efforts to argue that she never put government secrets at risk.
In roughly three-quarters of those cases, officials have determined that material Clinton herself wrote in the body of email messages is classified.

Loretta Lynch won't say if she has a private server at her house...

Lynch did claim she uses the Justice Department email system, but using the system and using it exclusively for work are different things.

Number of classified emails on Hillary Clinton's home brew server now up to 1730...

They were perfectly safe there. Hillary wiped them with a cloth regularly....
WASHINGTON At least 1,730 emails that Hillary Clinton sent or received contained classified material, according to the State Department’s latest update from its ongoing review of more than 30,000 emails.
The State Department released a new batch of 1,116 pages of Clinton’s emails Friday evening in response to a court order. Of those, 64 contain classified information. All are at the confidential level, which is the lowest level of classification.
None of Clinton’s emails was marked as classified during her tenure, State Department officials say, but intelligence officials say some material was clearly classified at the time. Her aides also sent and received classified information.

Hillary Clinton told aid to send secure info through nonsecure system with no identifying heading

Game changer...
Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, has repeatedly maintained that she did not send or receive classified material on her personal account. The State Department claims none of the emails now marked classified were labled as such at the time they were sent.
However, one email thread from June 2011 appears to include Clinton telling her top adviser Jake Sullivan to send secure information through insecure means.
In response to Clinton's request for a set of since-redacted talking points, Sullivan writes, "They say they've had issues sending secure fax. They're working on it." Clinton responds "If they can't, turn into nonpaper [with] no identifying heading and send nonsecure."
I don't see how Hillary avoids an indictment after this revelation.

Huma Email Reveals Hillary Is Often Confused

Well, that could explain why she told her family Benghazi was a terrorist attack and the families of the victims it was about a video, but I am sticking with she was lying.

Revealed: Clinton email company was reportedly hacked

Hillary is trying to keep you from reading her emails, but it is likely the Chinese have already read them.

Via Breitbart:
The company that Hillary Clinton paid to manage her private email network was the victim of a massive international hack during the period in which Clinton was employing it, Breitbart News has learned.
Hillary Clinton used the company Internap as the internet service provider for her private email account during her tenure as Secretary of State. Internap, based in Atlanta, has a facility in Manhattan, near the the physical location of the IP address for clintonemail.com.
In March 2011, the security company RSA was hacked. The hackers got into the company’s system through a malware-infested email sent to an employee, then installed a “backdoor” and stole data. RSA called it “an extremely sophisticated cyber attack.”
RSA was not the only victim of the attack. A victim list showed that more than 760 other organizations were also “compromised.” Internap appeared five times on the full victim list.

Hillary's server wasn't wiped, except with a cloth?

Obama's Justice and State Departments are not interested in recovering deleted memails from the server. They trust Hillary Clinton.

Via Breitbart:
The Denver-based company that stored Hillary Clinton’s private email server said that the emails might still be recoverable, because there’s no evidence that the server was properly wiped clean.
“Platte River has no knowledge of the server being wiped,” Platte River representative Andy Boian told The Washington Post. “All the information we have is that the server wasn’t wiped.”
If the server was not wiped clean, and investigators can still get all of the information off it, then Clinton-World’s attempts to stonewall the investigation could be rendered null and void.

Why is Huma Abedin delaying swearing under oath she has given the State Department all of her work-related emails?

My guess is Huma is in a real pickle. As Hillary's top aid and confidant, she undoubtedly exchanged a lot of work related emails with Hillary. Hillary has sworn under penalty of perjury that she turned all her emails over. If Huma turns over some between her and Hillary that Hillary did not, her boss is in a lot of trouble. Since Huma was using Hillary's secret server for some of her emails, it's unclear if she even got a copy of her email before the server was "wiped clean." We have to wonder if the delay turning email over is to allow time to sync what she turns over with what Hillary turned over. Of course, if she were to do that and be caught, she could face perjury charges. Tick tock....

Via Daily Mail:
Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton declared Monday under penalty of perjury that she has given the State Department all of her work-related emails from her four years as secretary of state, but her trusted aide Huma Abedin has not yet taken that step – despite a request from a federal judge.
Abedin’s lawyer Karen Dunn told Politico on Thursday that the longtime Clinton insider, who served as deputy chief of staff at State, plans to turn over her work-related emails and other messages from her tenure there by August 28.
But Dunn declined to say whether or not Abedin will ink the same statment Clinton has signed.
Abedin enjoyed a rare but legal status as a ‘Special Government Employee’ during part of her time in government, allowing her to double-dip with a second paycheck in the private sector.
