MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough: FBI Hillary Clinton investigation is “far more advanced than we the public knows.”
The rest of the panel did not disagree...
Via Daily Caller:
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough said Friday that sources have told him that the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton is “far more advanced than we the public knows.”
Friday on “Morning Joe,” panelist Cokie Roberts predicted that if Hillary Clinton gets indicted, her run for president would be “over.” (RELATED: Rep. Issa: FBI ‘Would Like To Indict Both Huma [Abedin] And Hillary Clinton’)
“Most of us around this table are hearing from multiple sources … that the Hillary Clinton investigation [by] the FBI is far more progressed,” Scarborough said. “Mika and I have been hearing it from the top officials in the Obama administration for actually several months now, and we can’t go to a meeting in Washington where we don’t hear this.”

More than 1,200 emails from Hillary Clinton's private server during her time at the State Department have now been deemed classified, after the agency publicly released its eighth batch of the messages late Thursday.
The agency released roughly 5,500 more pages of emails from the private email account that Clinton exclusively used during her four years at Foggy Bottom, with an additional 275 messages now upgraded to classified, bringing the total number of retroactively classified emails that moved through Clinton’s unsecured server to 1,274.

Hillary Clinton's classified emails now over 600
Saying they weren't classified at the time is a ruse. Hillary Clinton was one of the administration officials who were authorized to classify materials and she was trained on what should be classified every year.

Hundreds more emails from Hillary Clinton's time as secretary of state were newly deemed classified as part of Friday's State Department release of more than 7,000 pages of her messages, which revealed more about Clinton's knowledge of embassy security issues and lighter moments like Clinton's use of emojis.
Friday's document release is the sixth of its kind and with it, more than half of the messages turned over to the agency have now been made publicly available. The 268 emails now deemed classified in this batch are at the lowest classification tier, according to State Department spokesman John Kirby, who said that none of these emails "were marked classified at the time they were sent or received." There are now between 600 and 700 emails newly marked as classified since the releases began in May.

New emails: Obama admin considered blaming Benghazi on a different YouTube video before settling on “Innocence of Muslims"
Wow. This looks really bad. No wonder they have been stonewalling.
Via Breitbart:
Via Breitbart:
Newly released documents show that the Obama administration was eager to blame the Benghazi attack on a different Youtube video before it eventually settled on the “Innocence of Muslims video.”
A redacted email sent to the Diplomatic Security Command Center, obtained Tuesday by the group Judicial Watch, reveals that the White House’s priority at 9:11 PM on the night of the attack was to contact Youtube about a “Pastor Jon” video.
“DOD is looking at various resources,” the email reads, followed by redacted information.
“S [then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton] expected to make statements one of which may confirm KIA, notification of next of kin is pending confirmation. DCM The Hague was to call OPS when completed. White House is reaching out to U-Tube to advise ramifications of posting of the Pastor Jon video,” the email continued.
The “Pastor Jon” video may be a video called God vs. Allah, which was produced by American pastor Jon Courson.
The State Department Bureau of Diplomatic Security’s September 12 “Attack Timeline” makes no mention of a Youtube video, and Hillary Clinton received intelligence on September 12 linking the Ansar Al Sharia terrorist group to the attack.
Nevertheless, the administration still went ahead and blamed a different Youtube video, “Innocence of Muslims,” for inciting spontaneous violence that led to the deaths of four Americans.

Did Hillary just get caught committing perjury?
Hillary certified she turned over all work emails, under penalty f perjury. Of course, Bill Clinton committed perjury and few seemed to care. Hillary should claim the emails were about sex. That would make it OK for democrats.
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration has discovered a chain of emails that Hillary Rodham Clinton failed to turn over when she provided what she said was the full record of work-related correspondence as secretary of state, officials said Friday, adding to the growing questions related to the Democratic presidential front-runner’s unusual usage of a private email account and server while in government.
The messages were exchanged with retired Gen. David Petraeus when he headed the military’s U.S. Central Command, responsible for running the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. They began before Clinton entered office and continued into her first days at the State Department. They largely pertained to personnel matters and don’t appear to deal with highly classified material, officials said, but their existence challenges Clinton’s claim that she has handed over the entirety of her work emails from the account.

Interesting: State Department asks FBI for all copies of Hillary's emails they can recover...
This could get very interesting. Stock up on popcorn.
Via The Washington Examiner:
Via The Washington Examiner:
A State Department official asked FBI Director James Comey to hand over electronic copies of any emails on Hillary Clinton's private server that may have been deleted.
Patrick Kennedy, the State Department's top records official, wrote in a letter to Comey Monday that the FBI had confiscated the thumb drives containing Clinton's emails before her attorney complied with a request to provide electronic copies to the State Department, according to documents obtained by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act.
Kennedy asked the FBI to share digital copies of the 55,000 printed pages of emails the State Department already has in its possession.
"Additionally, to the extent the FBI recovers any potential federal records that may have existed on the server at various points in time in the past, we request that you apprise the Department insofar as such records correspond with Secretary Clinton's tenure at the Department of State," Kennedy wrote.

IRS admits Lois Lerner had yet another secret private email account...
Walter Scott — 'Oh, what a tangled web we weave...when first we practice to deceive.'
Lois Lerner had yet another personal email account used to conduct some IRS business, the tax agency confirmed in a new court filing late Monday that further complicates the administration’s efforts to be transparent about Ms. Lerner’s actions during the tea party targeting scandal.
The admission came in an open-records lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm that has sued to get a look at emails Ms. Lerner sent during the targeting.
IRS lawyer Geoffrey J. Klimas told the court that as the agency was putting together a set of documents to turn over to Judicial Watch, it realized Ms. Lerner had used yet another email account, in addition to her official one and another personal one already known to the agency.
“In addition to emails to or from an email account denominated ‘Lois G. Lerner‘ or ‘Lois Home,’ some emails responsive to Judicial Watch’s request may have been sent to or received from a personal email account denominated ‘Toby Miles,’” Mr. Klimas told Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, who is hearing the case.
It is unclear who Toby Miles is, but Mr. Klimas said the IRS has concluded that was “a personal email account used by Lerner.”

State Department has no interest in searching Hillary's private server, trust she and her aides turned over documents...
Seriously?
Via Washington Examiner:
Via Washington Examiner:
State Department officials will not attempt to search the private server Hillary Clinton turned over to the Justice Department Wednesday, court documents indicate.
“The Department is not currently working with the DOJ, the FBI, or other government agencies to search former Secretary Clinton’s private email server” for records related to a high-profile Freedom of Information Act case, the agency said in filings Friday.
Instead, State Department officials said their search of the personal emails submitted by two of Clinton’s top aides and several agency databases for relevant records was sufficient.

Actual Good News: Hillary to cough up private server...
Popcorn anyone?
Once it was determined the server held Top Secret emails, Hillary really had no choice. She has absolutely no authorization to keep anything that might contain Top Secret information.(CNN)Hillary Clinton has instructed her attorney to hand over her private email server and a thumb drive of all her work-related emails to the Justice Department in an effort to blunt an expanding probe into the use of a private email account.Clinton, now the Democratic presidential front-runner, "directed her team to give her email server that was used during her tenure as (Secretary of State) to the Department of Justice, as well as a thumb drive containing copies of her emails already provided to the State Department," her spokesman, Nick Merrill, told CNN early Tuesday evening. "She pledged to cooperate with the government's security inquiry, and if there are more questions, we will continue to address them."Merril said in the meantime, Clinton's team "has worked with the State Department to ensure her emails are stored in a safe and secure manner."The FBI, which is handling the matter, declined to comment Tuesday evening.

Lois Lerner emails: Conservatives are "crazies" and "a--holes"
No bias or even a smidgen of corruption here...
A trove of IRS emails show top official Lois Lerner had a deep commitment to the Democratic Party and a significant dislike for the new conservative grassroots groups that formed under the Tea Party banner and sought tax-exempt status from the agency."Crazies" and "a--holes," were the blunt terms Lerner used to describe conservatives, who, with a Supreme Court decision striking down the campaign finance reform law, were bringing about "an end to America," she wrote.
The emails are included in a bipartisan report issued Wednesday by the Senate Finance Committee, which cited "gross mismanagement" and also "personal politics" as the root cause of the IRS mishandling of tax-exempt applications from Tea Party organizations.

Two months of Hillary's email seems to be missing...
The missing email is from a critical time. 18 minutes of missing tape helped take down Nixon. Will two months of emails do the same for Hillary Clinton?
There is a two-month gap in Hillary Clinton’s emails that coincides with violence in Libya and the employment status of a top Clinton aide, Huma Abedin.Among the approximately 2,000 emails that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has released from her private account, there is a conspicuous two-month gap. There are no emails between Clinton and her State Department staff during May and June 2012, a period of escalating violence in Libya leading up to the September 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi that left four Americans dead.
A State Department spokesman told The Daily Beast that for the year 2012, only those emails related to the security of the consulate or to the U.S. diplomatic presence in Libya were made public and turned over to a House committee investigating the fatal Benghazi assault. But if that’s true, then neither Clinton nor her staff communicated via email about the escalating dangers in Libya. There were three attacks during that two-month period, including one that targeted the consulate. Keep on reading...

IG sample of Hillary private server email found ten percent was classified....
Lock her up.
Via The WSJ:
Via The WSJ:
An internal government review found that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent at least four emails from her personal account containing classified information during her time heading the State Department.
In a letter to members of Congress on Thursday, the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community concluded that Mrs. Clinton’s email contains material from the intelligence community that should have been considered “secret” at the time it was sent, the second-highest level of classification. A copy of the letter to Congress was provided to The Wall Street Journal by a spokeswoman for the Inspector General.
The four emails in question “were classified when they were sent and are classified now,” said Andrea Williams, a spokeswoman for the inspector general. The inspector general reviewed just a small sample totaling about 40 emails in Mrs. Clinton’s inbox—meaning that many more in the trove of more than 30,000 may contain potentially secret or top-secret information.

IRS erased Lois Lerner backup tapes, shredded her hard drive...
Why isn't someone in jail?
WASHINGTON – The lead government watchdog for the IRS revealed Thursday that computer evidence was erased during the investigation into the agency’s targeting scandal, months after the IRS was told to preserve documents.
J. Russell George, the Treasury inspector general for tax administration, testified to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that IRS employees erased computer backup tapes shortly after officials discovered thousands of emails related to the tax agency’s Tea Party scandal had been lost.
As many as 24,000 emails were lost because 422 backup tapes were “magnetically erased” around March 4, 2014.

Hillary failed to turn over 120 pages worth of Libya and Benghazi-related emails?
What else was deleted from Hillary's private server?
Via Politico:
Via Politico:
House GOP Benghazi investigators have discovered 60 new Libya communications between Sidney Blumenthal and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a congressional source told POLITICO on Monday — suggesting that either the State Department or the 2016 Democratic presidential contender withheld correspondence the panel had requested.Hillary must have been discussing Chelsea's wedding in them.
The House Select Committee on Benghazi had quietly subpoenaed Blumenthal’s Libya emails. And on Friday, the longtime Clinton family friend — who is set to testify before investigators behind closed doors Tuesday morning — handed over 120 pages worth of new Libya- and Benghazi-related emails.
“These emails were not previously produced to the Committee or released to the public, and they will help inform tomorrow’s deposition,” panel Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said in a statement late Monday evening. “We are prepared to release these emails.”

Why is the FBI classifying some of Hillary Clinton's emails to prevent release?
If these documents are really this sensitive, shouldn't the FBI demand to take possession of Hillary's private server to be sure the emails have been completely erased?
Via Daily Caller:
Via Daily Caller:
During a press briefing on Friday, White House press secretary Joshua Earnest said that reporters should ask the FBI about what led the agency to retroactively classify some of Hillary Clinton’s emails.
The State Department released 296 pages of Clinton’s emails related to Libya and Benghazi on Friday. The Associated Press reported shortly after the release that some of the emails had been classified only recently. Clinton and the State Department have maintained that she did not send or receive classified documents on her private email account.
Asked about the classified documents, Earnest twice referred reporters to the FBI, which made the determination to classify some of Clinton’s records.
“The fact is that when these kinds of emails are reviewed for public release, consistent with [Freedom of Information Act] standards, it’s not uncommon for the materials included in the review to be classified based on current events,” Earnest said.
