Specter uses the same tactics - listing all the failures of the current system as justification for the horrible option of Obamacare. It's a false choice. If Congress would listen to their constituents, they would realize there are many other options that the public would like far more as a solution to a health care system that currently does not provide the best balance of costs and benefits.
