Demo Rep. Hank Johnson: Excuse me, but the island of Guam is getting ready to capsize
Rep. Johnson must be suffering from a mental disability. At least, he has an excuse for voting for Obamacare.

He took over for Cynthia McKinney, I would say they must be the dumbest district in America.
How did the people there manage to keep a straight face? How sad s that?
