Kansas College Takes Down Billboard Because of its Proximity to an Anti-Obama Billboard

I can't understand what their problem is, but Barton Community College in Great Bend, Kansas is taking down their advertising billboard because an anti-Obama billboard is directly above it. The anti-Obama billboard above their college billboard is completely accurate and acceptable. The anti-Obama billboard says,
“Obama is a fraud. Demand resignation now. God bless America.”
I can't imagine what their problem is with the billboard's message.

Full story is here.
Barton Community College will take down a billboard near its Fort Riley campus because of its proximity to a politically charged billboard that calls President Obama a fraud...

The college’s billboard on Interstate 70, near Exit 300, is not associated with the political message that appears above it, college officials said. The political message states: “Obama is a fraud. Demand resignation now. God bless America.”

I wonder if the object to the message or just don't want to be upstaged.
