Guess what the Democrats took off their website today...

It seems like the Democrats are now going to be OK with a felon serving in the Senate...if he is one of theirs.

A statement from former Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid insisting that “a convicted felon is not going to be able to serve in the United States Senate” has suddenly disappeared from the website of the Senate Democrats as jurors deliberate in the federal corruption trial of Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.).
On Nov. 1, 2008, Reid issued the statement after Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) was convicted on corruption charges. The verdict came down just before his 2008 re-election bid — which he narrowly lost. Pointing to Stevens’ conviction, Reid wrote that “the reality is that a convicted felon is not going to be able to serve in the United States Senate.”

Interesting: Most felons are democrats...

Very few felons will admit to being Republicans...

A new study of how criminals vote found that most convicts register Democratic, a key reason in why liberal lawmakers and governors are eager for them to get back into the voting booth after their release.
“Democrats would benefit from additional ex-felon participation,” said the authoritative study in The Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science.
The authors, professors from the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University, found that in some states, felons register Democratic by more than six-to-one. In New York, for example, 61.5 percent of convicts are Democrats, just 9 percent Republican. They also cited a study that found 73 percent of convicts who turn out for presidential elections would vote Democrat.

Violent Felons Coming to Your House Courtesy of the Census

Great news. Team Obama has hired as many as 200 violent felons to go door to door for the 2010 Census. The Census Bureau botched the background check. Some of the criminal records may include rape, manslaughter and child abuse. These are the same people that want to be in charge of our health care.

New Majority reported:

A Senate Subcommittee hearing today revealed that nearly 36,000 Census Bureau employees were hired despite the fact that the fingerprint component of their criminal record checks was botched. Despite additional name checks recommended by the FBI, the GAO said that it was possible that more than 200 employees hired by the Census Bureau had criminal records, and were in contact with the public while canvassing for the ongoing 2010 census.
