Demo Rep. Wasserman-Schultz Tries To Ban Term “Obamacare” From House Debate

The Obamacare Disaster

Rep. Wasserman-Schultz claimed the term “Obamacare” is a disparaging reference to the President of the United States and a violation of House rules. Republicans wouldn't buy it. I wonder is she would be happier if republicans referred to "Obamacare" as 'The Job Killing Health Care Law Act.'
(American Spectator)- “In two previous gentlemen’s statements on the amendment, both of them referred to the Affordable Care Act, which is the accurate title of the health care reform law, as ‘ObamaCare,’” Wasserman Schultz said. “That is a disparaging reference to the President of the United States. It is meant as a disparaging reference to the President of the United States. It is clearly in violation of the House rules.”

Her argument did not go anywhere, and Republicans continued their references to ObamaCare.
