President Obama does understand he can't win with only the minority vote, doesn't he?

A new Gallup poll is the latest national survey to show President Obama’s approval rate hitting new lows.
Just 41% approved of the president’s overall job performance in August, down from 44% in July. He also received term-low monthly approval ratings from both Hispanics (48%) and whites (33%) and tied his lowest rating from blacks (84%).
