Kennedy arrested for allegedly kicking woman in crotch

The surprising thing is it wasn't during a rough sex encounter. The indecent occurred at a hospital.

Via NY Daily News:
The petite, Brooklyn-born nurse who tussled with Robert F. Kennedy’s son in a hospital maternity ward was stunned that she fought with a member of Camelot, her husband said Saturday. [..]

He said his wife and nurse Anna Lane were simply trying to stop Kennedy, 44, from leaving the Northern Westchester Hospital with the baby, Boru, on Jan. 7 against hospital rules.

Steve Luciano said Kennedy kicked his wife in the pelvis and twisted Lane’s arm. The scuffle was caught on security camera.

“My wife was assisting Anna to simply encourage Mr. Kennedy to place the child back into its bassinet,” Luciano said. “It appears on camera that they stumbled into the stairwell and then he veered back and kicked Cari and she went sprawling to the floor.”

Both women filed police reports the night of the incident and appeared at the Mount Kisco police station a couple days later, Luciano said.

Cops arrested Kennedy on Thursday. He was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Keep on reading...

Kennedy Name Isn't Worth What It Use To Be

The late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy’s widow, Vicki, and nephew Joseph Kennedy II have endorsed Martha Coakley to replace Ted Kennedy as a Massachusetts Senator. You might think that would help in the heart of liberal land, but the opposite is true. By 37 percent to 20 percent, voters said it made them less likely to vote for Coakley.

The late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy’s widow, Vicki, and nephew Joseph Kennedy II gave the attorney general their official blessing last week.

But of the 500 voters surveyed, only 20 percent said...

She is out. She is in. Caroline's head is in a spin

First we get this news flash.
ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Published reports say Caroline Kennedy is withdrawing from her effort to join the U.S. Senate in the seat once held by her uncle, slain Sen. Bobby Kennedy.

The New York Times and New York Post reported Wednesday that Kennedy has ended her monthlong bid to succeed Hillary Rodham Clinton, who was confirmed as secretary of state.Link here.

Then, we get this news flash.
ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — A person familiar with Caroline Kennedy's decision says she has renewed her determination to win appointment to the U.S. Senate seat once held by her slain uncle, Sen. Bobby Kennedy.

The source says that after her surviving uncle, Sen. Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts, suffered a seizure on Inauguration Day, Caroline Kennedy had misgivings about taking on the new job. Link here.

Do we need anymore proof she is unqualified for the job? She can't even make up here mind if she is running. How would she come to a decision on the hard issues this country faces. I guess she could try to vote present. Update: She is out again. For good?
