The mayor of Lexington, Ky., says he's not a member of the Ku Klux Klan. Anonymous postings saying otherwise are "false, insulting and ridiculous," Jim Gray said in a statement on Monday.
Gray, the city's Democratic mayor, was responding to the release of names of purported KKK members by someone claiming to be with the hacktivist group Anonymous.
"I have never had any relationship of any kind with the KKK. I am opposed to everything it stands for. I have no idea where this information came from, but wherever it came from, it is wrong," Gray said.

This isn't about illegal voter registration. This story is about actual vote fraud. Eight people were convicted in Kentucky of vote buying and changing votes at voting stations. Here is the story from the AP. Can you tell what party these vote stealing criminals belonged to?

A jury convicted a former judge and seven others on Thursday of scheming to buy votes for several local offices in an eastern Kentucky county.

The jury in U.S. District Court in Frankfort deliberated for nine hours over two days before convicting all eight people in a federal racketeering conspiracy. Those convicted on Thursday included former Circuit Judge R. Cletus Maricle and former school Superintendent Douglas C. Adams.

Most Kentuckians know the Lexington Herald-Leader is a liberal rag that shills for Democrats. I canceled my subscription over 10 years ago. The Lexington Herald-Leader did identify them as Democrats if you read to near the bottom of the article.
