The pastor blames Darren Wilson supporters. I can't say that is impossible, but it seems to be highly speculative.

Michael Brown family planning to sue Officer Darren Wilson if he isn't indicted...
Via Mediaite:
The Ferguson grand jury is expected to make an announcement today about whether Officer Darren Wilson will be indicted for fatally shooting Michael Brown back in August. Brown family attorney Benjamin Crump was on MSNBC earlier this afternoon talking about the impending decision, and Joy Reid asked him exactly what the family is planning if Wilson is not indicted. […]
“If there’s no indictment, the federal government is investigating the matter, so they will want to know if there’s any federal charges, but if not then the only remedy they will have left is a legal civil matter, and so we’re going to explore every legal avenue to get them some sense of justice.”

The Ind.ME who everyone claims said Michael Brown autopsy proves he was going for gun, says that is not true.
My phone interview with @drjudymelinek was fully on the record & transcribed. I would not have spoken to her otherwise. Quotes are accurate.

Remember all the speculation that Michael Brown may have charged Officer Wilson because he was high on PCP?
It was wrong. Michael Brown only had THC from marijuana in his blood. So, it was "Reefer Madness
Via FOX News:
The toxicology test. also obtained by the newspaper and performed by a St. Louis University laboratory, revealed marijuana in Brown’s blood and urine. Alfred Staubus, a consultant in forensic toxicology at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, told the newspaper THC could impair judgment or slow reaction times but that there was no reliable measurement to make those conclusions.“The detection of THC in the postmortem blood of Michael Brown really indicates his recent use of marijuana (within a few hours) and that he may or may not have been impaired at the time of his death,” Staubus said.
False speculation here, here, here, and here,

Two contractors who don't live in Ferguson confirm other witnesses stories that Brown had hands up...
These two contractors claim they were 50 feet away from Officer Wilson when Michael Brown was shot. They confirm the 4 other local witnesses who claim Brown was gunned down like a dog. One has his face blurred in the video. One is clearly Caucasian.
(CNN) -- Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he's gunned down by a police officer.
They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was killed. And the men, who asked not to be identified after CNN contacted them, said they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting."He had his f**n hands up," one of the men says in the video. The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later."The cop didn't say get on the ground. He just kept shooting," the man said. That same witness described the gruesome scene, saying he saw Brown's "brains come out of his head," again stating, "his hands were up."

Report: Michael Brown Juvenal record had no convictions or active cases for the most serious types of felonies.
Some had claimed he had previously had second-degree murder charges as a juvenile. That appears to be false.
The Post Dispatch reported:
The Post Dispatch reported:
Michael Brown was never found delinquent of the juvenile equivalents of any Class A or B felony charges, and was not facing any at the time he died, a court official said this morning at a hearing on whether his juvenile records should be released.
The Post-Dispatch had filed a petition in St. Louis County Circuit Court to unseal any records about him in family court, if any existed.
Cynthia Harcourt, a lawyer for St. Louis County Juvenile Officer Kip Seeley, argued against releasing those records, but acknowledged that there were no convictions or active cases for the most serious types of felonies.
Class A felonies include second-degree murder and first-degree robbery; the penalties in adult court range from 10 years in prison to death. Class B felonies include voluntary manslaughter, second-degree robbery and first-degree burglary, with a maximum penalty of five to 15 years.

Company whose video chat service allegedly captured Michael Brown shooting says recording created at right time...
Paging Officer Wilson. Your story is full of holes.
(CNN) -- A company whose video chat service apparently captured audio of Michael Brown's shooting said Thursday the recording was created at the time the Missouri teenager was killed this month.
The revelation from Glide appears to bolster a man's claim that he inadvertently recorded audio of gunfire at the time a police officer shot and killed the 18-year-old Brown in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson on August 9.The video was created at 12:02:14 p.m. that day, Glide said. Brown, who was unarmed, was shot by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shortly after noon."A Glide user living nearby was simply using the Glide app on their smartphone exactly as it was designed -- to instantly communicate with a friend through our real-time video texting service. Simultaneously, they also captured audio in the background of the gunshots allegedly fired at Michael Brown," the company said. The sounds could be a piece in the larger puzzle of what happened during the shooting, which spurred days of protests in the city of 21,000.

Video: Audio Recording of Michael Brown Shooting Captured During Video Chat
This is from CNN. So, consider the source. It is purported to be a recording of the actual Michael Brown shooting. The man's attorney claims they have contacted the FBI. If that is true, I doubt it is a fake. It would be timestamped and there was a person on the other end of the conversation that was being recorded. The recording casts serious doubt on Officer Wilson's story as relayed by alleged friend "Josie."
Please note that according to the friend, there was one shot fired and then Officer Wilson pursued Brown yelling halt. Then, more shots were fired when Brown turned and mocked Wilson and, then, bum rushed Wilson. The audio does not support this at all. Assuming it started with the fist shot, and I don't know that for sure, there is one shot and about a second or less later there are five more shots. then, there is a pause of 1.5 to 2 seconds followed by four quick shots. If this is an accurate recording of the actual event, Officer Brown was almost continuously blasting away for the first six shots. By everyone's account, Wilson would have been shooting at the backside of an unarmed fleeing man. Many would find that troubling even if it didn't match Officer Wilson's version. Then, the pause seems to show Officer Wilson was making a decision to stop firing or continue. He obviously continues. This could be where either Brown tried to surrender or bum rushed Wilson, depending on who you believe. There doesn't seem much time for the "taunting" Wilson's friend described. I wonder what Officer Wilson's written report says. If the audio is for real and Wilson claimed he didn't shoot at a Brown's fleeing backside, Wilson has some explaining to do.According to the account on KTFK radio, phoned in by a woman who identified herself as "Josie," (listen to the radio callWilson pursued Brown and his friend, ordering them to freeze, according to the account. When they turned around, Brown began taunting Wilson, saying he would not arrest them, then ran at the officer at full speed, the caller said. Wilson then began shooting. The final shot was to Brown's forehead, and the teenager fell two or three feet in front of Wilson, said the caller, who identified herself as the officer's friend.belowhere)the altercation began after Officer Darren Wilson rolled down his window to tell Brown and a friend to stop walking in the street. When Wilson tried to get out of his cruiser, Brown first tried to push the officer back into the car, then punched him in the face and grabbed for his gun before breaking free after the gun went off once, the caller said.
A source with detailed knowledge of the investigation later told CNN the caller's account is "accurate," in that it matches what Wilson has told investigators.
This audio doesn't seem to match up with the entry woulds from the autopsy report. Wilson would have had to hit Brown at least 2 times, out of 6 bullet wounds, with the first 6 shots. One of the arm woulds could easily have been a graze from behind. Arms are also very flexible and in motion while running or Brown could have turned his upper body to look behind him.

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon Calls For “Vigorous Prosecution” Of Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson and I agree…
Many claim it is premature to call for the prosecution of Officer Darren Wilson. Baring information that Officer Wilson had reason to believe Mr. Brown was armed, I disagree. Officer Wilson shot an unarmed man, at what appears from witnesses and forensics to have been some range, at least six times. One of those times the bullet entered the top of the head and exited through an eye. Unless, brown was charging on all fours like a bull, it is hard to understand how Mr. Brown was threatening Officer Wilson at that moment. That appears to have been the fatal shot. It could be Officer Wilson will be acquitted if tried, but I believe there is enough evidence to indict him. Let's compare this to what happened to George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Marting shooting. Trayvon Martin was clearly unarmed, except for skittles. Zimmerman claimed Mr. Martin was on top of him pounding his head into a concrete sidewalk. If that was true, Mr Zimmerman clearly had a case of self defense. Zimmerman shot Martin only once. There were no witnesses who contradicted the claim Zimmerman acted in anything but self defense. The forensics supported Zimmerman's story, but he was indicted anyway and tried for murder anyway. Now let's move to the death in Ferguson. Mr. Brown was not armed unless you think cigars are a weapon. Mr. Brown was not assaulting Officer Wilson at the time of the shooting, although he could have been moving toward him and may have punched him earlier. Officer Wilson shot Mr. Brown at least six times and may have shot at him more times than that. At least four witnesses contradict Officer Wilson's story. So far, no witness has been named that supports Officer Wilson. An anonymous background voice on a bystander tape isn't a credible source, unless he comes forward. Of course, there could be witnesses we don't know about yet. The fact that Mr. Wilson is an officer doesn't give him a pass to gun down unarmed citizens in the street just because he feels threatened. He shouldn't be held to a much lower standard than George Zimmerman. He should be held to a higher standard if Police Officers are to maintain the moral authority needed to enforce the law with the backing of the state. Officer Wilson has had much more training and a likely had an arsenal of nonlethal weapons and tactics to deal with Mr. Brown instead of emptying a clip on him. Perhaps that shooting was justified, but a jury should decide.

Eyewitness releases video from shortly after Brown shooting. It shows Officer Wilson.
Via Hot Air:
Crenshaw’s account of what happened starts at around 3:00. She’s right in line with the other three eyewitnesses on Brown’s general movements: He ran from Wilson initially, Wilson fired at him, then Brown turned back to face him. Crenshaw thinks the shots fired at Brown while he was running away either missed him entirely or grazed him, which corroborates the autopsy report showing no entry wounds from the back. The truly interesting part here is what she says she saw when Wilson first pulled up alongside Brown and Dorian Johnson. Johnson has claimed that Wilson grabbed Brown from inside the vehicle — specifically, he says, he grabbed Brown’s neck, which would seem hard to do to a man who’s 6’4″ from a sitting position. Crenshaw says she too saw Wilson grab Brown, although she doesn’t say where specifically. Wilson then seemed to get “upset,” says Crenshaw, Brown took off, and Wilson took off after him.
One autopsy shows Brown was shot at least six times in the front? (One could have been from back)(updated)
This contradicts most of the witnesses?
Via NY Times:
FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found. If you follow the link and read the whole story, you will find they only recovered three of the six bullets. So, why no exit wounds on brown's backside? The if the x marks are exit wounds, Brown was shot in the top of the head as he, or his head, was bent down? That would likely have been the fatal shot.
One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.
Keep on reading…
Note: It looks likely the shot to the lower arm was from when Brown was fleeing or holding his hands up in the air. The palm would have to have been turned toward the officer. Who runs to attack someone with their hands palm forward? If you are running away, your palms and forearms could be turned sideways or backward. The same is true if you hold your hands over your head.
Note: I originally called this the first autopsy. It is the first autopsy released and seems to be the one arranged by the family. The police are still sitting on theirs for some unknown reason.
Note: I think it is unlikely this wound was from when Brown struggled with the officer at the car. Brown was wearing a short sleeve T-shirt and had no gunpowder residue on his arm.
Note: Some claim the bullet wound to the top of the head proves Mr. Brown was leaned forward and charging the officer. For there to be no exit would on the back of the head, I would think Brown had to be severely leaned forward; perhaps at a 90 degree angle. Mr. Brown weighed almost 300 pounds. He would have fell flat on his face if he tried to run in that position. Michael Brown was shot in the top of the head as he was falling down or after he was already down.
Note: So, to believe this story, you have to think the after having the cop shot at him in or beside the car (the weapon discharged according to police), Brown ran away and then, unarmed, decided to rush the cop from a distance instead of keeping on running. While rushing the cop, Brown was shot in the palm side of his right forearm. So, Brown had his palm turned toward the cop at some time. Furthermore, you have to believe Brown kept rushing the cop after being shot at least 5 times. Ten, Brown leaned forward to an almost 90 deg. angle while still rushing the cop in a threatening manner and, then, received the 5th shot and fatal shot to the top of his head. Uh, OK.
