Senate May Be Forced To Read Health Care Reform Bill

Senator Tom Coburn, Republican from Oklahoma, may force the health care reform bill to be read in it's entirety. The Senate is supposed to read every bill before votes, but under 'unanimous consent agreements,' they don't. Sen. Tom Coburn is threatening to force a reading for Obamacare.
