Obama at U.N.: Islam is a religion of peace...

Islam is a religion that was spread by war and conquest. A large number of it's followers haven't forgotten that.

Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) is in total denial of the facts.

“A Congressional hearing to investigate our friends and neighbors jeopardizes the fragile progress we have made and creates a longer gap for peace to bridge.

“This hearing insinuates that violence and the Muslim religion go hand in hand. Nothing could be further from the truth. Islam is a religion based upon peace, goodwill and the ethical treatment of all people on this planet."

“Moderate” Imam Takes Break From Preaching Religion of Peace and Beats Wife to Bloody Pulp

Sheikh Abu Adam is considered a “Moderate” Imam because he preaches nonviolence. Apparently, that nonviolent belief doesn't apply to his wife. He reportedly screamed Koranic verses while beating his wife.

The Daily Mail reported:

A Muslim imam who lectures on non-violence and advises the German government on interfaith issues has been arrested in Germany for beating up his wife.

Sheikh Abu Adam, 40, is now on remand in Munich while his wife, 31, is being guarded by police. She was allegedly assaulted so badly that she suffered a broken nose and shoulder and numerous cuts and bruises.

Media reports claimed the woman, who has borne one of his ten children, wanted to live a more ‘western’ lifestyle and was allegedly attacked after telling her husband.

The police said they received a call from a lawyer hired by the victim.

Adam is alleged to have shouted a verse from the Koran at his wife as he beat her.
The line said: ‘Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them.

President Obama Fails to Condemn Jihad (video)

President Obama was asked about his opinion of 'Jihad' while in Indonesia. He refused to condemn 'Jihad" and still thinks Islam is a religion of peace or something.

“Well, the phrase Jihad has a lot of meanings within Islam, and is subject to a lot of different interpretations... The overwhelming majority view their obligations to their religion as ones that reaffirm peace and justice and fairness and tolerance...”

Peace, justice, fairness and tolerance? Is he kidding? Half of Muslims in Indonesia and about eighty percent in Pakistan support stoning women who commit adultery to death. Even twenty-five percent of young American Muslims support suicide bombers.

Both former President Bush and current President Obama have declared “Islam is a Religion of Peace.” We can forgive former President Bush's ignorance. He has never been a Muslim. British Islamic Leader Anjem Choudary clears the issue up and flatly declares Islam is not a religion of peace.
