It isn't that James O'Keefe is the world's best investigative journalist. The fact is what he is doing is too easy. The problem is the mainstream media won't even take a look because they don't want to make Democrats and Obama look bad.

Posing as Russian drug smugglers who drive an exotic, $800,000 sports car and hire out their underage sister as a prostitute, O'Keefe's operatives reportedly applied for Medicaid assistance for their father with the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services, where government employee Traci Daniels told the applicants to omit listing their expensive car as an asset and report their line of work as "babysitting."

After ACORN was stung by a man posing as a pimp and a woman posing as a prostitute, you would think people would be a little suspicious when a pimp and prostitute show up at their establishment and ask for advise on how to break the law. Apparently, Planned Parenthood isn't hiring smart people.

Shocker! New York Prosecutor Clears ACORN Employees Caught in Sting Video

New York prosecutor Charles Hynes has cleared ACORN of committing any criminal act for advising a pimp and prostitute (aka James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles) about how to get a house loan for a prostitution business and how to hide the ill-gotten gains. The ACORN sting videos by O'Keefe and Giles caused Congress vote to end government funding to ACORN.

"On Sept. 15, 2009, my office began an investigation into possible criminality on the part of three ACORN employees," Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes said in a one-paragraph statement issued Monday afternoon.

"That investigation is now concluded and no criminality has been found."

How is it that advising a pimp and prostitute in methods to secure a housing loan for the purpose of running a brothel and how to stash the cash from that brothel not a crime?

New Prostitution Sting Video Disproves Media Matters' and ACORN's Story

A new prostitution sting video released by Big Government claims to prove media Matters and ACORN lied about what occurred at ACORN's Philadelphia office. ACON claimed they fake pimp and prostitute were quickly thrown out and the office personnel did not cooperate. This video is powerful evidence this is untrue. Some of the sound has been muted due to the ongoing lawsuit, but it is obvious the visit lasted a long time and the staff seemed helpful.

Video: ACORN Employee Admits Killing a Man and Being a Former "Escort"

Big Government has a new video out. This is a continuation of their expose of ACORN. They pose as a pimp running for Congress and a prostitute wanting to open a brothel with underage illegal immigrant girls. The money from the brothel is to be illegally used to fund the Congressional campaign. They ask the ACORN employees for advice on how to avoid taxes and get loans. This video is shot at an ACORN office in San Bernardino. The ACORN employee in this video practically admits to murder and formerly running her own prostitution service. When the man posing as a pimp claimed he had faced discrimination from Banks because he was opening a brothel, the ACORN employee said, "Yeah. There are a lot of narrow minded, one sided, right wing, bleeding heart liberals out there." She claims to lobby many high profile politicians every day. Barbara Boxer is among them. Liberals in Baltimore want to Prosecute ACORN sting video makers

This is hard to believe. Patriots uncover corruption at ACORN offices and the Baltimore city state's attorneys office is looking into charges for videotaping people with out their consent.

As NewsBusters has been reporting, Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe (pictured right) caught on video several ACORN representatives giving them advice as to how to get a loan to purchase a house to be used as a brothel whose employees would be under-aged illegal immigrants.

Despite the long list of laws possibly broken by these ACORN representatives, the Baltimore city state's attorneys office is looking into whether or not Giles and O'Keefe violated statutes concerning taping people without their consent (h/t HotAirPundit):

Baltimore, MD – September 11, 2009 – We have received inquiries from citizens and the media asking whether the Baltimore City State’s Attorneys Office would initiate a criminal investigation for acts allegedly committed at ACORN offices located in Baltimore. The only information received in reference to this alleged criminal behavior was a YouTube video. Upon review by this office, the video appears to be incomplete. In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland Law, Annotated Code of Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article §10-402, which requires two party consent....
