Ashley Judd's FULL EMBARRASSING Speech at "Women's March" In Washington DC

According to Ashley Judd, “I’m not as nasty as your daughter being your favorite sex symbol.” I am embarrassed for her home state of Kentucky. Judd should stay in Hollywood and never return to the Bluegrass State.

Ashley Judd calls Hillary "most overqualified candidate we’ve had since Thomas Jefferson or George Washington.

Ashley Judd must be drinking Kentucky moonshine...

Via Washington Examiner:
ASHLEY JUDD: I mean, obviously, I love Hillary Rodham Clinton. … And so, seeing her talk about early childhood vulnerability and brain development — man, that woman is stout! She is stout. So yes, I will be all-in when the time comes —
LARRY KING: You would endorse her. You would obviously endorse her.
JUDD: Of course, I would!
KING: Look at your enthusiasm, I mean — come on!
JUDD: And are there other qualified candidates? Absolutely. I think she might be the most overqualified candidate we’ve had since Thomas Jefferson or George Washington.

Ashley Judd chickens out on running against Mitch McConnell for KY Senate...

Now there is no use for all those dumb things she has said over the years. Let's hope she reconsiders...

Via HuffPo:
Actress and activist Ashley Judd announced Wednesday she would not challenge Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) in 2014.
Sources told the Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza “the timing just wasn’t right” for a Judd Senate run.
McConnell had appeared wary of a challenge from Judd, and early rounds of polling gauging the matchup — including one from his campaign — suggested that she could have provided a viable challenge.
I still hope Mitch McConnell gets a vigorous primary challenger...

Poll causes democrats to lose enthusiasm for Ashley Judd KY Senate race...

As a lifetime KY resident, I can tell you Ashley Judd is way to liberal for Kentucky. Also, her crusade against coal would severely damage her in the Eastern part of the state witch is a traditional democratic voter bastion.

Via The Hill:
A survey conducted for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee of the Kentucky Senate race by one of their leading pollsters may be cause for the DSCC to pull back from supporting Ashley Judd’s potential campaign for Kentucky Senate, according to a recent report.
According to the Louisville Eccentric Observer, after receiving the results of the poll, which The Hill has learned was conducted for the committee by Fred Yang, who formerly worked for Gov. Steve Beshear (D), the DSCC is “reevaluating” their initial “all-in” support for Judd, as it showed Kentucky Secretary of State Allison Lundergan Grimes (D) might be a stronger contender against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.)
Judd’s potential challenge to McConnell has picked up steam in recent weeks, as she’s met with donors in Kentucky, the DSCC and, reports indicate, Democratic leaders in Washington.
But Democrats in Kentucky remain skeptical of her candidacy, concerned that she could cost them a winnable race due to her liberal political leanings and connections to Obama, which could be toxic in a state that voted for GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney by more than 60 percent in 2012.

Flashback Video: Ashley Judd compares coal mining to rape...

This would be enough to dash any male GOP candidate's hopes...

"In '88 by a margin of 4 to 1, Kentucky had spoke at the ballot box. They voted in favor of the homestead amendment which restricted strip mining by the minerals rights owner- they- which restricted strip mining by the minerals rights owner without the consent of the land owner.Five years later, the ruling was appealed." "I used the word 'rape' earlier. When I was a student at the University of Kentucky in 1988 I remember clearly sitting in the Kappa house kitchen drinking my morning cup of coffee and discovering that spousal rape was still legal in my state. "Oh my Gosh", I thought. If I were married it would be legal for my husband to rape me. I felt horrible shame. Kentucky's gender laws have come far since that time. In fact, Governor brashear just signed a progressive policy requiring that men who beat women and against whom an order of protection has been taken out, must be monitored with GPS . I salute Gov. Brashear and the legislature for passing and enacting this law. Kentucky's environmental laws monitoring evaluation and enforcement need to move apace."
