Postal Partisan: Mail carrier accused of dumping Republican advertisements in the recycle bin...

Eric Holder is most pleased...
MADISON, Wis. — Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night may keep postal carriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. But partisan politics, now that may be another matter altogether.
An investigation has been launched into a Neenah postal carrier who allegedly dumped into a recycling bin hundreds of political advertisement mailers from the campaign of Mike Rorhkaste, Republican candidate for Wisconsin’s 55th Assembly District, Rorhkaste tells Wisconsin Reporter.
Neenah Postmaster Brian Smoot, who was alerted to the incident on Thursday, confirmed there is an ongoing investigation into the matter, and referred Wisconsin Reporter to the Office of the Inspector General for the U.S. Postal Service.

Denial: Obama Claims "I Don't Think Anyone Would Suggest I've Tried To Divide The Country"

Transcript via RCP:
"We're going around the country, talking about, ‘How do we put people back to work? How do we improve our schools? How do we make sure that we're producing American energy? How do we lower our debt in a responsible way?' And I don't think you or anybody who's been watching the campaign would say that in any way we have tried to divide the country. We've always tried to bring the country together,"

Rasmussen: 53% say Obama is governing like a partisan Democrat

The other 47% are out of touch with reality.

Rasmussen:
Since just months after his inauguration, voters have consistently felt more strongly that President Obama is governing like a partisan Democrat than in a bipartisan manner.

Now, 53% feel that way, the highest finding since early December 2010. A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey finds that 32% of Likely U.S. Voters disagree and think he is governing on a bipartisan basis. The latter figure is unchanged from last month which marked the lowest finding in a year. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

White House spokesman Jay Carney: President Obama “accepts that there is still a regrettable level of hyper-partisanship”

Thanks Captain Obvious. The "hyper-partisanship" started day three of the Obama administration. On day three, President Obama reportedly told Eric Cantor,
"Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won."
Afterwards, President Obama immediately rammed through his budget and Stimulus Bills on a purely partisan basis. The next year, he rammed Obamacare down American's throats by using reconciliation.
(The Hill) — Even though he promised to bridge partisanship before coming into office, President Obama “accepts that there is still a regrettable level of hyper-partisanship,” White House spokesman Jay Carney said on Monday.
Carney said there were “instances” where the tone on Pennsylvania Avenue “got in the way of moving forward.”
“But that’s not an excuse to stop trying,” Carney said.
The spokesman said Obama believes there’s still an opportunity to work with Congress to accomplish “big things.”
Carney used an example of the GOP’s persistent call last year to release President Obama’s birth certificate as a “gratuitously stupid side show.”
“Our challenges are too big to be dragged down by these kinds of things,” he said.

Obama Supporter Mass Gov. Deval Patrick Says Obama’s Critics are “Almost at the Level of Sedition”

In the same speech, Gov. Deval Patrick decried partisanship in Washington. It doesn't get much more two-faced than this.

Boston.com reported:
Governor Deval Patrick, even as he decried partisanship in Washington, said today that Republican opposition to President Obama’s agenda has become so obstinate that it “is almost at the level of sedition.”..

Merriam-Webster.com, the dictionary site, defines sedition as “incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority.”
