After a poll released this week showed President Barack Obama only beating his Democratic primary opponent John Wolfe Jr. by seven points, 45 percent to 38 percent, in Arkansas's Fourth Congressional District, state Democrats moved to practically disenfranchise Arkansas voters. "[D]elegates Wolfe might claim won't be recognized at the national convention," national party officials are telling state Democrats. Wolfe is being accused of not following the party rules.

“They want a coronation,” Wolfe tells THE WEEKLY STANDARD. [...]

Wolfe insists he’s done the due diligence to qualify for delegates and that the state party is making decisions ad hoc to get the results they desire.  “This is ridiculous," he says. "These guys are trying to tamp down voter enthusiasm.”

Why in the world are officials in Hawaii stalling on providing Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett confirmation Obama was born in Hawaii? He hasn't asked for a copy of Obama's actual birth certificate. He just wants them to give him official confirmation Obama was actually born in Hawaii. Where there is smoke, there is fire.

On Thursday, Bennett said he sent his request to Hawaii officials eight weeks ago but has yet to get the proof he was hoping for. He said he didn’t want another copy of the birth certificate. He wants Hawaii to give him what he described as “a verification in lieu of a certified copy of a birth certificate.”

In the weeks since then, Bennett said, Hawaii officials have forced him to provide proof that he is who he says he is. They asked him to send them copies of the Arizona laws that prove the secretary of state really is the person in charge of handling the ballots. Admittedly, Bennett said they told him they were “tired of all the requests.” But he is continuing anyway.

Broomhead, the radio host, pressed Bennett on what he would do if he didn’t get the right response back from Hawaii.

“If they won’t comply, if they refuse to comply with this, will you remove the president from the ballot?” Broomhead asked. “Will you exclude him from the ballot?”

“That’s possible,” Bennett said. “Or the other option would be I would ask all of candidates, including the president, maybe to submit a certified copy of their birth certificate. But I don’t want to do that.”

Some of my family members have had experience dealing with officials in Hawaii and I can confirm they are a bunch of libtards.

WI Gov. Walker's recall opponent disses Police to meet with union supporters

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett was on the program for an event to recognize Milwaukee police officers killed in the line of duty. He blew it off to meet with his union lapdogs.

MILWAUKEE – It turns out, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett was in Oshkosh talking with union organizers when he missed an event in Milwaukee honoring law enforcement in southeast Wisconsin, including Milwaukee Police officers.

Law enforcement officials are angered and looking for answers after Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett did not attend two separate law enforcement recognition ceremonies this week, including one that recognizes Milwaukee police officers killed in the line of duty.

On Tuesday evening, the Milwaukee police department held their annual Merit Awards Ceremony. Mayor Barrett was scheduled to be at that event. Organizers tell me he canceled so late that there wasn’t even time to take his name off the program. It was on the printed program that evening.

So far, Hawaii has failed to comply.Many experts claim the birth certificate image released by Obama is an assembled document and likely fraud, not an original unaltered scan of a document. The long form birth certificate Obama released is posted above. You know, the one he claimed for three years did not exist.

WASHINGTON -- In a revival of the controversy surrounding President Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate, a state official in Arizona says it’s “possible” that he’ll hold Obama’s name off the Arizona ballot if Hawaii officials don’t send him confirmation that the president was born there.

Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, a Republican who is exploring a 2014 race for governor, says he waded into the issue after receiving more than 1,200 emails from people requesting that he verify Obama’s birth in Hawaii before placing the president’s name on the 2012 ballot.

“First of all, I’m not playing to the birthers,” Bennett said in a radio interview with KFYI radio host Mike Broomhead. “I’m not a birther. I believe that the president was born in Hawaii -- or at least I hope he was.”

“But my responsibility as Secretary of State is to make sure that the ballots in Arizona are correct and that those people whose names are on the ballots have met the qualifications for the office that they’re seeking,” he said.
