If Major Garrett is correct, and he should be, this would put FOX News in their rightful place. Besides the empty Helen Thomas seat, the front row currently consists of TV networks ABC, CBS, NBC, cable network CNN and news agencies AP and Reuters. In the second quarter of 2010, FOX News has the top 13 programs on cable news.
