Helen Thomas claims Obama isn't liberal. She sais she thought he would be because he is black. At least she didn't blame Obama's alleged lack of liberalism on Jews. When Thomas was offered an opportunity to apologize for her "Get the hell out of Palestine" and "Go back to Poland" remarks, she replied, "Hell no."

Ahead of her 90th birthday, veteran White House correspondent Helen Thomas, who resigned following her offensive remarks against Israel, may be getting a statue in her honor at the Arab American National Museum in Michigan.


Supporters of the initiative in Dearborn, a suburb of Detroit and the town with the second largest Arab community in the United States, are trying to raise money to have the copper statue constructed and put in the local museum.

Thomas was one of President Obama's favorite correspondents. He sang happy birthday and shared a touching moment with her last year in this video.

Conservative News: FOX News Gets Helen Thomas Front Row Seat

FOX New has been unanimously awarded the front row White House press room seat formerly belonging to Helen Thomas. FOX News is considered the most conservative of the major news outlets.

The White House Correspondents Association voted unanimously Sunday afternoon to move Fox News to the front row of the White House briefing room.

Correction: The Associated Press will take Helen Thomas' old seat, while Fox News will now occupy AP's former seat. The important thing is FOX News is on the front row with the other big three networks.
