Schultz claimed the "black cloud" comment referred to Obama and implied it was racist. Gov. perry was actually referring to the 'black cloud' of debt hanging over this country. Shultz was wrong to use the remark out of context, but he was man enough to admit the mistake and apologize.

That wasn't a mistake, but I am glad he listened to the people who complained and apologized.
