CNBC executive over debate once worked for Clinton White House...

Actually, he held three different positions...

Via Breitbart:
The CNBC executive who oversaw the disastrous Republican presidential debate is a former Clinton White House staffer, Breitbart News has learned.
Brian Steel, senior vice president of communications at CNBC, was the second highest-ranking network official at Wednesday night’s debate in Colorado after only CNBC CEO Mark Hoffman. Steel was described by an insider as the “executive on hand” for the debate, which was marked by the moderators’ partisan attacks and gotcha questions for the Republican candidates.
Brian Steel worked in Bill Clinton’s White House as a domestic policy adviser to Vice President Al Gore.
His White House gig was just one of three jobs that he held in the Clinton administration. He also worked in Clinton’s Department of Justice, where he served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Policy Development, and also worked as the associate director of the department’s Office of Public Affairs.

Video: Melissa Francis says she was silenced by CNBC when challenging the #ObamaCare math

Melissa Francis used to work at CNBC. She was called in by management and told she was disrespecting the office of the President by telling the truth about Obamacare.

Start at 45 seconds if you are in a hurry, but the whole video is great.

Amusing: CNBC and Huffington Post publish Kremlin propaganda. Readers failed to notice...

You mean there are articles on the Huffington Post that aren't Kremlin propaganda?
Several opinion columns praising Russia and published in the last two years on CNBC’s web site and the Huffington Post were written by seemingly independent professionals but were placed on behalf of the Russian government by its public-relations firm, Ketchum.

The columns, written by two businessmen, a lawyer, and an academic, heap praise on the Russian government for its “ambitious modernization strategy” and “enforcement of laws designed to better protect business and reduce corruption.” One of the CNBC opinion pieces, authored by an executive at a Moscow-based investment bank, concludes that “Russia may well be the most dynamic place on the continent.”
There’s nothing unusual about Ketchum’s work on behalf of Russia. Public relations firms constantly peddle op-eds on behalf of politicians, corporations, and governments. Rarely if ever do publications disclose the role of a PR firm in placing an op-ed, so it’s unusual to get a glimpse behind the scenes and see how an op-ed was generated.

CNBC: "We are on the verge of a great, great depression..."

Welcome to the Obama years. You knew it was going to be rough.
(CNBC)- “What we’ve got right now is almost near panic going on with money managers and people who are responsible for money,” he said. “They can not find a yield and you just don’t want to be putting your money into commodities or things that are punts that might work out or they might not depending on what happens with the economy.

“We need to find real yield and real returns on these assets. You see bad data, you see Treasurys rally, you see all bonds and all fixed-income rally and then the people who are betting against the U.S. economy start getting bearish on stocks. That’s a huge mistake.”

Stocks extended losses after the manufacturing fell below expectations in May and the private sector added only 38,000 jobs during the month.

“Interest rates are amazingly low and that, thanks to Ben Bernanke, is driving everything,” Yastrow said. “We’re on the verge of a great, great depression. The [Federal Reserve] knows it.
“We have many, many homeowners that are totally underwater here and cannot get out from under. The technology frontier is limited right now. We definitely have an innovation slowdown and the economy’s gonna suffer.”

Confirmation: GE and NBC Top Brass Pressured CNBC Staff to Lay Off Obama Last Year

Last April, The NY Post reported the on-air talent at CNBC was called to a secret meeting with General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt and NBC Universal President Jeff Zucker. At the meeting they were accused of Obama-bashing and being too conservative. CNBC's Brian Steel confirmed that there was a dinner, but denied the topic was related to Obama-bashing. FOX Business Channel’s Charles Gasparino confirmed the NY Post story on Bill O'Reilly last night.

O'Reilly attacks GE for corrupt use of CNBC & MSNBC to promote Obama's progressive agenda for its own financial gain

O'Reilly attacks GE for corrupt use of CNBC & MSNBC to promote Obama's progressive agenda for its own financial gain. From the video:
"Will General Electric get paid for supporting President Obama - that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points Memo," O'Reilly said. "As everybody knows, GE, which owns NBC has been very aggressive in helping Barack Obama - first supporting the president in the election and now attacking his critics.

"Now, most CEOs would have stopped NBC's corruption a long time ago, but Immelt may be looking for a major payoff," O'Reilly said. "According to reporting by the Washington Examiner, GE is heavily lobbying the Obama administration for bailout money. The company is also pushing for the proposed cap-and-trade program. Apparently GE has set up a joint venture it hopes would manage billions of dollars in cap-and-trade transactions should that corporate carbon tax pass Congress."

Here is the video from Bill O'Reilly.
