RINO Sen. Lindsey Graham Says Arizona Immigration Law Unconstitutional

RINO Sen. Lindsey Graham says Arizona immigration law will probably be struck down by the courts on constitutional grounds, but he admits he is “not the brightest lawyer in town.” He isn't the brightest Senator either. He doesn't understand this Rasmussen survey that found 60% of voters support the Arizona law.
The Politico reported:
South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said Tuesday that the tough new Arizona immigration law will probably be struck down by the courts on constitutional grounds.

“In my view it’s all uphill under the law,” Graham told reporters. “I think they’ll have a hard time upholding this law, that’s my view.”

RINO Lindsey Graham Wants to Raise The Gas Tax by 15 Cents

Americans real income declined by 3.2% in the last year , almost 10% of Americans are unemployed and the economy is struggling to try and recover from the worst recession since the "Great Depression." Republican Senator Lindsey Graham (R- SC) and his Democrat buddies have a great idea. Let's raise gas taxes by 15 cents per gallon. When will the people of South Carolina correct this error?
Leading voices in the Senate are considering a new tax on gasoline, as part of an effort to win Republican and oil industry support for the energy and climate bill now idling in Congress.

The tax, which according to early estimates would be in the range of 15 cents a gallon, was conceived with the input of several oil companies, including Shell, BP and Conoco Phillips, and is being championed by Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

Graham Vows to Give Up Immigration Reform if Obamacare Passes

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) has been working with Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer on a bipartisan immigration reform plan. Graham say it's over if Democrats ram their partisan health care bill through this weekend.
One of the leading proponents of immigration reform vowed Friday to give up work toward immigration reform if healthcare legislation is passed this weekend.

In an email and on Twitter today, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) said if the healthcare bill goes through this weekend, "that will, in my view, pretty much kill any chance of immigration reform passing the Senate this year."

Graham has been working with New York Democrat Charles Schumer on the framework for an immigration measure. Although immigration is likely a longshot either way, proponents of reform are trying to push the issue back toward hot-button status this year.

The death of immigration reform will be a small consolation prize if Democrats nationalize Americans health care. If this isn't a 'wake up' call for Hispanic representatives, they have their heads up their butts.
