Rahm is back on the ballot

I predicted this here. It did happen faster than I had expected though.

(Chicago Sun Times)- The Illinois Supreme Court has ordered the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners to put Rahm Emanuel’s name back on the mayoral ballot, attorneys for Emanuel said Tuesday.

The court has not decided whether to hear Emanuel’s appeal of Monday’s Illinois Appellate Court ruling that tossed him out of the race to replace Mayor Daley. The Supreme Court granted Emanuel’s motion for a stay of the ruling, Emanuel attorney Mike Kasper said Tuesday.

Everyday in society somebody is being killed. Unfortunately, America loves guns. We love guns to the point we see the devastation on a daily basis and..uh..you don't blame a group. You don't blame a society...immigrant community because of the act of one group...one individual. You can not say that.

 
This kind of insane political correctness will get us all killed. Of course we can blame a group for this terrorist act. That group is followers of Islam who take a literal view of the Koranic passages advocating infidels be beheaded. Unfortunately, that seems to be a large portion of the Islamic faith.
