Elizabeth Warren is cheering Bernie Sanders on...
Socialists of a feather flock together...
Via USA Today:
Via USA Today:
Progressive icon Elizabeth Warren still isn’t ready to endorse a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination. But she says she’s cheering on Bernie Sanders.
The Massachusetts Democrat’s comment came Thursday in response to a question about whether Sanders, a democratic socialist, should drop out of the race against front-runner Hillary Clinton.
‘‘He’s out there. He fights from the heart. This is who Bernie is,’’ Warren said, according to a video of the news conference. ‘‘He has put the right issues on the table both for the Democratic Party and for the country in general so I’m still cheering Bernie on.’’
Warren wouldn’t say who got her vote in the Massachusetts primary. She said she will endorse a candidate but she doesn’t have a timeline.

Unlikely: Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) repeats claims of Native American ancestry
Alternate title, 'Fauxcahontas rides again...'
Via Breitbart:
Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) repeats her false claims of Native American ancestry in her new book, A Fighting Chance, which is scheduled for release next Tuesday.“As a kid, I had learned about my Native American background the same way every kid learns about who they are: from family,” Senator Warren writes in an excerpt published Wednesday in the Boston Globe.Senator Warren then repeats a line she used often in her 2012 Senate campaign, memorialized in a September 2012 television commercial, writing “I never questioned my family’s stories or asked my parents for proof or documentation. What kid would?”“Knowing who you are is one thing, and proving who you are is another,” Warren writes.

Massachusetts Finest: Elizabeth Warren waffles and Ed Markey votes "Present" on Syria attack...
Massachusetts voters should be embarrassed...
Via Boston Herald:
Via Boston Herald:
Both of the Bay State’s newly elected senators are balking on decisions on the use of military force in Syria, saying they want more information before they’ll make up their minds — and drawing derision from conservatives. It's hard to understand why an old time liberal like Markey wouldn't immediately oppose attacking a country that isn't a threat to us. I wonder if Elizabeth Warren is waiting for direction form her Indian tribal council.
Edward J. Markey and Elizabeth Warren issued separate statements yesterday which both said they were “concerned about the unintended consequences” of military action to deter the regime of Bashar Assad from using chemical weapons in the Syrian civil war. Markey also voted “present” on a resolution in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to sharply limit President Obama’s military options.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren refuses to define middle class income range...
Democrats and liberals claim they are for the middle class and won't raise taxes on them. of cours, the definition of middle class is evolving like so many other liberal positions...
Via Red Alert Politics:
Newly sworn-in Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) campaigned on the middle class — but don’t ask her to define it.
In an interview with the FOX News affiliate in Boston on Friday, Warren refused to assign a salary range to middle class Americans, saying it’s “not a numbers issue.”
“When we strengthen education, when we make it possible for kids to go to college, then we strengthen America’s middle class, and that doesn’t mean a dollar figure,” Warren said.
“The middle class is, by definition, a group of people in a certain income level,” the reporter said. “But you’re not willing to say that they are.”
“No…no…because I actually disagree with that,” Warren said.
The reporter argued that when writing legislation, the middle class would be defined by income levels, but Warren disagreed. She said instead that there are many characteristics that define the middle class.
“That sounds a little like a dodge, Senator Warren,” the reporter said.
“No, but it’s not a dodge,” Warren responded.

Fauxcahontas fails at 1st press conference...
The days of Elizabeth Warren succeeding due to affirmative action are over.
Via Boston Herald:
Via Boston Herald:
A jittery U.S. senator-elect Elizabeth Warren gave one-sentence answers, ducked questions and even passed one on to Gov. Deval Patrick in an awkward first press conference since the election.
Warren spoke for a total of less than four minutes during the 11-minute press conference — the rest was taken up by Patrick and reporters’ questions.
After being asked her first question — how she’d protect defense spending — Warren was silent as she turned to Patrick.
“Defense spending is you,” Patrick prodded Warren.
“Oh, that’s mine,” Warren replied.
After Warren fielded the question, Patrick stepped in to answer the follow-up.
“Let me start,” said Patrick, shielding Warren from having to answer.
When she did respond, the answers were often brief.

Liberal NYC Mayor Bloomberg thinks Elizabeth Warren is a socialist?
If anyone should know a socialist when he sees one, it's Bloomberg.
Via HuffPo:
Via HuffPo:
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg explained Friday why he is supporting Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) over Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren, invoking “socialism” and the Soviet Union in the process.
In a wide-ranging interview with the New York Times published Sunday, Bloomberg defended his support for Brown, citing the senator’s tough stance on concealed weapons.
“What I’ve tried to do is find liberal middle-of-the-road Republicans and Democrats,” Bloomberg said. “In the Senate, Scott Brown, who single-handedly stopped the right-to-carry bill. You can question whether he’s too conservative. You can question, in my mind, whether [Warren is] God’s gift to regulation, close the banks and get rid of corporate profits, and we’d all bring socialism back, or the U.S.S.R.”

MSNBC Host: Elizabeth Warren is Native American because she thinks she is Native American
So, if I thought I was black, I would be black?
Via The Blaze:
Via The Blaze:
MSNBC host Melissa Harris Perry jumped to defend Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren’s claims that she is part Cherokee Indian Saturday on her weekend show. Perry delivered a mini-diatribe on the relativity of race, with the conclusion that all one must do is “think” they are a certain ethnicity for it to be true.

The GOP incumbent is beating Warren by a 50-44 percent margin among registered Bay State voters, a turnaround from the last University of Massachusetts Lowell/Herald poll nine months ago that had the Democratic challenger leading by seven points. Among likely voters, Brown is leading the Harvard Law professor by a 49-45 percent margin, just within the poll’s 5.5 percent margin of error.

Native American delegates to DNC want to speak with fake Indian Elizabeth Warren
I seriously doubt Elizabeth Warren will show up for this
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Elizabeth Warren can’t escape her Cherokee heritage controversy even at this gathering of loyal Democrats, as a contingent of skeptical American Indian delegates — including the great-grandson of Geronimo — are inviting Warren to a meeting tomorrow to explain her ancestry claims.
“I think she owes us that, she owes the Native American community here at least that,” said Stephen Lewis, a member of the Gila River Indian community. “That would go a long way in dispelling that question.”

New Poll: Scott Brown up by 6 points on Fauxcahontas
Will Elizabeth Warren's tribe rally and push her back into the lead? Not...
Via US Politics Today:
Via US Politics Today:
According to a Kimball Political Consulting survey of registered voters in Massachusetts, Senator Scott Brown has a 6 point lead over Democrat Elizabeth Warren (49 percent to 43 percent) with 9 percent undecided. The figure is just within the survey’s 4 percent margin of error.
President Obama continues to hold a double digit lead over former Massachusetts Mitt Romney (52 percent to 41 percent) with 7 percent undecided. Poll results are based on a sample of respondents most likely to vote in November.
“Senator Brown is winning decisively among independents but Warren still has a chance to come back. The data suggest that for Warren to close the gap it may be time for her to change her emphasis, from the cost of education to job creation,” said Spencer Kimball, Political Consultant and President of Kimball Political Consulting

It is starting to look like Elizabeth Warren has a 1/32 chance of beating Scott Brown
Liberal leaning Public Policy Polling has found Scott Brown leaping to a 5 point lead over Elizabeth Warren in the Massachusetts Senate race.
Via Boston Herald:
In a late summer surge, U.S. Sen. Scott Brown has jumped to a 5 point lead in a new poll in his race for re-election.
Public Policy Polling places Brown in the lead over his Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren 49-44 percent. This is the same poll that placed Warren ahead by 5 points in March.
Brown, the pollster states, is the beneficiary of strong support from unenrolled voters.
“Brown has the lead on Warren thanks to a 58-32 advantage with independents, comparable to what he won against Martha Coakley in 2010,” according to Public Policy Polling.

Fauxcahontas Elizabeth Warren doubles-down on claim business owners “didn’t build” their businesses

“Of course I stand by those remarks,”Elizabeth Warren has a 1/32 understanding of how business works...
Via Weekly Standard:
While Barack Obama has taken to swing state airwaves to walk back his recent comments that business owners “didn’t build” their businesses, Massachusetts Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren is not backing down from similar comments she made last year.
In a 2011 video that went viral on left-wing blogs, Warren told a group of supporters that “there is nobody in this country who got rich on their own.
“Of course I stand by those remarks,” Warren said.

Fauxcahontas Elizabeth Warren channels Obama: “nobody got rich on their own.”
The Boston Herald reported:
Elizabeth Warren yesterday came to the defense her former boss President Obama’s controversial statement that businesses’ owners can’t take credit for their success, repeating her own campaign line that, “nobody got rich on their own.”
Warren’s reiteration of her statement — which became an iconic and controversial cornerstone of her campaign — comes as conservatives have leapt on Obama for saying “If you’ve got a business — you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”
Warren said during a campaign stop in Dorchester yesterday, “I think the basic notion is right. Nobody got rich on their own. Nobody. People worked hard, they build a business, God bless, but they moved their goods on roads the rest of us helped build, they hired employees the rest of us helped educate, they plugged into a power grid the rest of us helped build,” she said.
