Climate change barking moonbat alert...

We are all going to have to move into climate-controlled cities.

Via Telegraph:
Saving the planet from climate change is ‘beyond our ability’ and we should stop wasting time trying to tackle global warming, a leading scientist has claimed James Lovelock, who first detected CFCs in the atmosphere and proposed the Gaia hypotheses, claims society should retreat to ‘climate-controlled cities’ and give up on large expanses of land which will become inhabitable. Lovelock, who has just published his latest book A Rough Ride To The Future, claims we should be ‘strengthening our defences and making a sustainable retreat.’ “We’re reaching an age in history where you can no longer predict the future with any hope of success. “We should give up vainglorious attempts to save the world. “Britain is no longer a world power and we need to leave such schemes to the USA, Japan or China. We should spend out efforts adapting Britain to fight climate change.” The latest report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is expected to say the world will need a ‘Plan B’ because it is unlikely countries will reduce carbon emissions in time. Having solved America's problems, House Democrats want to establish a national historical park on the moon

Just a tad premature, wouldn't you say?

Via The Hill:
Two House Democrats have proposed legislation that would establish a national historical park on the surface of the moon to mark where the Apollo missions landed between 1969 and 1972.
The bill from Reps. Donna Edwards (D-Md.) and Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-Texas) would create the Apollo Lunar Landing Sites National Historical Park. The park would be comprised of all artifacts left on the surface of the moon from the Apollo 11 through 17 missions.
The bill says these sites need to be protected because of the anticipated increase in commercial moon landings in the future.
“As commercial enterprises and foreign nations acquire the ability to land on the Moon, it is necessary to protect the Apollo lunar landing sites for posterity,” according to the text of the Apollo Lunar Landing Legacy Act, H.R. 2617.

Moonbat Alert: Vigil for Elk Killed by Police Draws Two Hundred Moonbats...

These people have way too much time on their hands...

Via Daily Camera:
A couple hundred people turned out tonight to light candles, sing and tell stories as they mourned a beloved bull elk killed on Mapleton Hill in Boulder.
“He was a beautiful animal,” said Nancy Platt, of Boulder. “He was hurting nobody. He didn’t deserve what he got.”
The elk was fatally shot by an on-duty Boulder police officer, who has since been placed on paid administrative leave, pending the results of an internal investigation.
A second off-duty officer, suspected of assisting in loading the animal’s body into a pickup truck and taking it away to be processed for meat, also was placed on leave.
Vigil organizer Jim Riemersma said he wanted to give the neighborhood an opportunity to grieve, celebrate and find “a little bit of closure.” The vigil was held on Mountain View Road at the site of a tree memorial and near the yard where the elk was shot.
“I know a lot of us have had a lot of anger, a lot of questions, a lot of uncertainty,” he said. “Tonight’s a celebration, a celebration of the elk. We loved him. But I think he loved us, too, because he returned to this neighborhood.”
Still, emotions ran hot, with multiple calls to “fire the cops” and “jail the poachers.” A meeting between Boulder Chief Mark Beckner and residents concerned about the shooting is planned for Monday.

Obvious: Hollywood to be tapped to pitch Obamacare to public...

The Hollywood moonbats will be more than willing to help...
SACRAMENT:

Realizing that much of the battle will be in the public relations realm, the exchange has poured significant resources into a detailed marketing plan — developed not by state health bureaucrats but by the global marketing powerhouse Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, which has an initial $900,000 contract with the exchange. The Ogilvy plan includes ideas for reaching an uninsured population that speaks dozens of languages and is scattered through 11 media markets: advertising on coffee cup sleeves at community colleges to reach adult students, for example, and at professional soccer matches to reach young Hispanic men.
And Hollywood, an industry whose major players have been supportive of President Obama and his agenda, will be tapped. Plans are being discussed to pitch a reality television show about “the trials and tribulations of families living without medical coverage,” according to the Ogilvy plan. The exchange will also seek to have prime-time television shows, like “Modern Family,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and Univision telenovelas, weave the health care law into their plots.
“I’d like to see 10 of the major TV shows, or telenovelas, have people talking about ‘thathealth insurance thing,’ ”

Hollywood Pinhead George Clooney: “I’m disillusioned by the people who are disillusioned by Obama.”

Why are so many Hollywood stars complete barking moonbats?
NEW YORK — Hollywood loves the Next Big Thing, and four years ago, that was Barack Obama, the equivalent of a breakout movie star.

“He is ‘The One,’” said Oprah Winfrey, his biggest and most influential celebrity champion.

“The best candidate I’ve ever seen,” said George Clooney.

Halle Berry said she’d “collect paper cups off the ground to make his pathway clear.” Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am chimed in with the famous “Yes We Can” video.

But you can’t be the Next Big Thing twice and as a new election year dawns, there’s clearly a different mood in heavily Democratic Hollywood.

That means less gushing, not to mention snippets of criticism, most prominently from actor Matt Damon, who campaigned for Obama last time but now makes no secret of his disillusionment.

“I think he misinterpreted his mandate,” Damon said earlier this year. He recently told Elle magazine the country would have been better off with a one-term president with guts, although he used a saltier word. [...]

What about core Obama celebrity supporters Clooney and Winfrey? Far from being disillusioned with Obama, Clooney said recently: “I’m disillusioned by the people who are disillusioned by Obama.”

“Democrats eat their own,” the actor said. “I’m a firm believer in sticking by and sticking up for the people whom you’ve elected.” He went on to list the accomplishments of the Obama administration, wondering why Democrats weren’t selling them better.

At a press conference after their release, they denounced Iran Gitmo. What were these two moonbats doing hiking along the Iraq-Iran border anyway?

Video: Only President Obama and a Few Moonbats Can Save Us From Job Killing ATMs

President Obama tried to blame the high jobless rate on technology such as ATMs. Of course ATMs have been around since the 1970s. MRCtv tried to get poeple to sign a petition banning job killing ATMs. A few moonbats actually signed the petition. Just watch and see.

Hmm...Moonbats in the Bluegrass State: Church refusing to sign heterosexual's marriage certificates until gay marriage legalized

Kentucky often makes national news in a negative way. For instance, there was the man in Louisville who robbed a bank in order to get put in jail. He accomplished his mission. Then, there were the two men who tried to steal a cash machine by attaching a chain to it. They pulled off their bumper and fled. Unfortunately for them, their license plate was attached to the bumper they left behind. Then, there is Henry Earl. Mr. Earl has been arrested over 1000 times, mostly alcohol related, since 1992. You can see a montage of Earl's many mugshots here. Now, the city of Louisville has a church that is populated by moonbats.
Louisville, Kentucky- On Sunday, April 17, the congregation of Douglass Boulevard Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) unanimously voted to end the practice of signing marriage licenses because they give legal benefits to heterosexual couples that are not available to homosexual couples. Until the church’s ministers may confer identical legal benefits on homosexual and heterosexual couples, they will perform only religious wedding ceremonies.

Moonbat Alert: Extreme Tree Huggers

I would ridicule these moonbats, but if you watch the video you will understand why it is unnecessary. This video is old (2008), but new to me.

FL School Board Shooter Looks Like a Flaming Liberal

Apparently, he hated the rich and loved a bunch of liberal websites, including Media Matters.

Besides the writings, Duke also includes an exhaustive list of links under the quote “You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth!” The page includes a link dedicated to Wikileaks, another to a progressive 9/11 truther site, and even Media Matters:
