Rep. Ben Chandler (Ky.) baffled Pelosi was re-elected leader

Rep. Ben Chandler barely won re-election. Perhaps this scare has knocked some common sense into him. Chandler previously voted with Pelosi on the Stimulus and Cap-and-Trade, but he broke rank and voted against Obamacare. That vote probably saved his job. It looks like he isn't a Pelosi fan anymore.

(The Hill)- Rep. Ben Chandler (Ky.), who won reelection by only 648 votes, said in a recent interview that he blames outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for Democrats’ deep defeats in the midterms.

Chandler said that the fault also belongs to President Obama, whom he endorsed in 2008...

“It baffles me that you can suffer the largest defeat since 1938 and still maintain the leadership of your caucus,” Chandler said of Pelosi.

Demo Rep. Ben Chandler urges voters to "Keep Extremists from Taking Over Our Country!" (video)

The extremists are the left-wing Democrats currently in control of the White House, Senate and House. Chandler voted for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House and has supported her extreme agenda for this country. A vote Andy Barr is a vote to take back our country from these left-wing wackos.

Poll Shocker: Barr Within Striking Distance of Chandler in Race for KY-6

Ben Chandler(left) Andy Barr(right)

Rep. Ben Chandler is a grandson of a former Kentucky Governor and a prominent Kentucky Democrat. He easily won re-election in 2008 with 65% of the vote. Since then, Chandler has sided with Nancy Pelosi too many times for many Kentuckians. Chandler voted for the failed Stimulus and the anti-coal Cap-and-Trade bill. The latest Mason-Dixon poll has Ben Chandler only 4 points ahead of his GOP challenger Andy Barr.

Daily Journal
reported:
The poll conducted for the Lexington Herald-Leader and WKYT-TV shows 48 percent of likely voters support incumbent Democratic U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler while 44 percent favor Republican Andy Barr. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.5 percentage points and shows 8 percent of likely voters were undecided.

The Ben Chandler Cheap Energy Flip-Flop (video)

Before Ben Chandler went to Washington, he touted Kentucky as a cheap energy state. Afterward, not so much. Chandler voted for Cap-and Trade which Obama claimed would skyrocket energy costs and bankrupt anyone who built a coal fired electric plant. Kentucky gets most of it's electricity from coal. Thanks for putting Kentucky first, Ben.

Flashback: Demo Rep. Ben Chandler misses the past when liberal MSM completely controlled information (video)

In spite of liberal domination of mainstream media, Rep. Ben Chandler (D-Ky) misses the good old days when Americans didn't have any other options. Chandler laments that "Capitalism has taken over the news." Blue dog Liberal Ben Chandler must really long for a state run media. Naturally, Rep. Chandler hates FOX News.
Fox News has people "whipped up", according to Ben Chandler. Contrast protests today with those from the 60's, when everyone got their news from the same place...a system Ben approves!

Ben Chandler: "Capitalism has taken over the news." Fox News "whips" people up.

Meet Young Gun Andy Barr

Republican Andy Barr is running for Congress in Kentucky's 6th District. Barr is a Conservative and a NRCC 'Young Gun.' His opponent, Ben Chandler , is a well financed incumbent with a famous family name. Chandler voted for the Stimulus and Cap and Trade. He refused to meet with his constituents at a Town Hall last year during the HCR debate and has agreed to give Republican Andy Barr only one debate. Chandler needs to go. Please support Andy Barr for Congress.

Rep. Ben Chandler (D-KY) is missing

Add Representative Ben Chandler to the "Hall of Shame" list of congressmen to cowardly to face their constituents at an August break health care town hall. Chandler is refusing to meet with his constituents due to the incivility of the debate.
Congressman Ben Chandler issued a short statement to one media outlet concerning the possibility of doing a town hall on one of the most important votes in American history. He told WKYT that he would not be having a town hall meeting about health care due to the “incivility” of the debate around the subject.

Any Representative to cowardly to meet face to face with their constituents on an issue as important as health care needs to find a new line of work.
