Liberal Heartache: MSNBC’s flagship program The Rachel Maddow Show hits new ratings low

MSNBC’s flagship program The Rachel Maddow Show is MSNBC's highest rated show, but is 3rd in it's time slot.

Via Free Beacon:
MSNBC’s flagship program The Rachel Maddow Show hit another low in what has been a rough 2013, losing to HLN’s Dr. Drew in Tuesday night’s cable news ratings to take third place in the 9 p.m. time slot.
Maddow, host of the liberal network’s highest-rated show, had just 744,000 viewers, behind Dr. Drew (753,000), who spent the hour discussing the George Zimmerman murder trial, and well behind usual time slot winner Sean Hannity (1,714,000) of the Fox News Channel.

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow with a straight face: "There may be liberals on TV at MSNBC, but the network is not operating with a political objective."

File this one in the "unlikely" category.

Via NewsBusters
In an interview with Slate.com, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow unloaded the bizarre claim that Fox News is "operating with a political objective to elect Republican candidates," but MSNBC doesn't resemble that in any way.
"I think the thing that is underappreciated about MSNBC is that we don't really do anything as a company, that we all sorta get to do our own thing," she claimed. "There may be liberals on TV at MSNBC, but the network is not operating with a political objective."
I think that the new model in cable in news broadcasting is that when you hear a host talk, you are expecting that they are saying exactly what they believe...We are actually saying what we think. We are not playing a role. We are not being fake-objective. We are not being directed in political talking points in any way. That it’s us. That means management has to be hands off with all of us, because in order for you to believe that The Rachel Maddow Show is saying what this person named  Rachel Maddow believes, there can’t be anybody else telling me what to say. So that’s the rule with everybody. Everybody gets to say their own piece.

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Falls For Internet Spoof Story on Palin as Fact

Liberals are desperate to believe and spread anything they think will damage Sarah Palin. Maddow clearly suffers from 'Palin Derangement Syndrome'.

The website the story was on is a National Lampoon. Onion type site.
(Bretibart)- In their zeal to slam Sarah Palin, Christians and conservatives, MSNBC and Rachel Maddow reported a story from a satire website called ChristWire.org. It doesn’t take too much research to discover that the site is like “The Onion” and everything on it is a lampoon-style story.
MSNBC has scrubbed the segment from their website.

Liberal Fail: Rachel Maddow Claims SDI Can't Work Because Missiles Can't Shoot Missiles Out of the Sky

Rachel Maddow shows her ignorance and claims SDI can't work because missiles can not shoot down missiles.

The U.S. Navy strongly disagrees.
The U.S. Navy and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) successfully shot down a short-range ballistic missile in space in a July 30 test, agency officials announced Friday.

The Navy's USS Hopper and USS O'Kane destroyers detected and tracked a missile fired from the Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands, Kauai in Hawaii during the test, which was latest demonstration of the U.S. military's Aegis Missile Defense system.

And if we don't want to use missiles, there are always lasers.

Arianna Huffington tells middle class to "face up to the fact that the president is not that much into them" (video)

The radical left turns on President Obama. Arianna Huffington has some strong words of criticism of President Obama on the Rachael Maddow Show.

Arianna Huffington from the video:
Maybe progressives and the middle class need to sort of face up to the fact that the president is not that much into them, that he would rather hang out with Larry Summers, or flirt with Olympia Snowe, or play wargames late into the night with General Petraeus.

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow: Tea Party Conventioneers Are Racists In White Hoods

Rachel Maddow said Tea Party Convention started with a racist bang and the crowd's response was muffled by the "White Hoods."

From NewsBusters:
FMR. REP. TOM TANCREDO (R-CO): Mostly because I think we do not have a civics literacy test before people can vote in the country, people who could not even spell the word, "vote," or say it in English, put a committed, socialist ideologue in the White House. The name is Barack Hussein Obama.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

MADDOW
: Just for reference here, when Tom Tancredo talks about literacy tests, that`s what they used in the south to keep black people from voting before civil rights legislation and court rulings put a stop to that.

So the convention opened with a clarion call to bring back the literacy tests for voting. And as you could hear, the tea party convention crowd erupted in cheers at the suggestion, although, to be fair, it was sort of hard to tell exactly what the sounds coming from the crowd meant. They were sort of a little bit muffled by, you know, the white hoods.
