The dead must have voted again in Illinois Demo primary...

Delusional: Michelle Obama tells democratic donors taking back the House is "doable" in 2014...

If they believe that, they are suckers.

First lady Michelle Obama told some 200 donors at a fundraiser for House Democrats in Boston that it would be “doable” for them to take control of the chamber in 2014 if loyal voters turn out in November.
Noting that Democrats are 17 seats away from a House majority, Obama said, “that’s a doable number.”
A lot of women and minorities who mostly agree with Democrats don’t show up to vote in midterm elections, she said, adding: “We need to call them and remind them that the midterms are coming and we need to give them a ride to the polls to make sure they get there.”

Freshman Demo got booed by a crowded room for supporting HHS mandate on contraception and abortifacients (video)

And it happened in the State of New York.

Via Hot Air:
Rep. Kathy Hochul expected to get some questions on the economy and on gas prices when she met with constituents in New York’s 26th Congressional district last night.  Instead, the freshman Democrat got booed by a crowded room over her support for the HHS mandate on contraception and abortifacients, and spent the evening getting an earful from angry voters:

Guess who is on President Obama's jobs council

Mostly Democratic donors and high-profile financiers of Obama’s re-election campaign...
(ABC News) — The group of private-sector business leaders advising President Obama on how to create jobs and grow the economy is full of deep-pocket Democratic donors and high-profile financiers of Obama’s re-election campaign, a review of Federal Election Commission data shows.

At least 10 members of the Obama-appointed Council on Jobs and Competitiveness gave the legal maximum contribution — $4,600 — to help get Obama elected in 2008, and they continue to write checks for the president in 2012. Several also serve as Obama campaign bundlers, top fundraisers who collect millions of dollars from their networks of well-to-do colleagues and friends to aid his re-election bid.

The bundlers — Mark Gallogy, co-founder of investment firm Centerbridge Partners, Penny Prtizker, president and CEO of Pritzker Realty Group, and Robert Wolf, chairman of UBS Americas — have raised as much as $2.7 million for Obama in 2008 and 2012 combined, according to estimates provided by the Obama campaign.

Priceless FactCheck.org Headline: ‘Panicked’ Dems Run False Ad in NYC

Even liberal run FactCheck.org had to call BS on this one.
(FactCheck.org)- A Democratic ad falsely claims Republican House candidate Bob Turner would cut Social Security benefits for seniors, something Turner says he would not do.

The truth is that Turner has taken contradictory stands, saying he'd preserve both Social Security and Medicare "as they are" for anyone age 55 or over — but also calling for massive budget cuts, elimination of the capital gains tax, and repeal of the new health care law which, among other things, improved Medicare's coverage of prescription drugs. But this ad goes too far in claiming Turner explicitly favors cutting Social Security benefits for gray-haired senior citizens, which is not true.

The ad by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is one of three new ads attacking Turner in New York City, where Democrats — described by the New York Times as "panicked" — are in danger of losing a Sept. 13 special election to fill the seat left vacant by the resignation of Anthony Weiner in a sex scandal. Some polls show Turner leading the Democratic candidate David Weprin in a district once considered solidly Democratic. The DCCC, a Democratic "super PAC" and Weprin's own campaign are all running TV ads in the expensive New York City market.
Here is the shameful ad.

Denial: Democrat House Whip Jim Clyburn Claims Midterm Losses Had “Nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi” (Video)

I guess that is why the RNC put this banner on their headquarters.

Democrat Leader Says 2010 Midterm Losses Had "Nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi"

Ohio Demo Chairman calls Tea Partiers "f–kers"

Ohio Democratic Party Chairman Chris Redfern obviously went to the Joe Biden school of public speaking.

From FOX News:
“If your kids are going to graduate from college, now he or she gets health care, your heath care, while he or she looks for a new job,” Redfern reportedly said. “It’s in the very base terms we win these arguments. Every time one of these f–kers says, excuse my language …”

How Come Democratic Districts Received Two-And-A-Half Times More Stimulus Dollars

The stimulus was supposed to be about creating jobs. You would thinks more money would be spent in high unemployment districts. An analysis of data from Recovery.gov shows that isn't true. The leading factor determining where the most money goes seems to be politics. Democratic districts received two-and-a-half times more stimulus dollars than Republican districts. Democrats need to explain this discrepancy.

From NRO:
Controlling for the percentage of the district employed in the construction industry, a proxy for the vulnerability to recession of a district, I find no statistical correlation for all relevant unemployment indicators and the allocation of funds. This suggests that unemployment is not the factor leading the awards. Also, I found no correlation between other economic indicators, such as income, and stimulus funding.

Second: On average, Democratic districts received one-and-a-half times as many awards as Republican ones. Democratic districts also received two-and-a-half times more stimulus dollars than Republican districts ($122,127,186,509 vs. $46,139,592,268)...

Democratic Study Finds racism is not Behind Conservative Opposition to Obama

Good news. Americans opposed to the direction President Obama is leading America are not racists. A special bonus is the group that determined this is a Democratic organization.

Politico reported:
Racism is not a factor driving conservative opposition to President Barack Obama, according to the results of focus groups conducted by Democracy Corps, a Democratic organization, released on Friday.

Nevertheless, members of the conservative base of the GOP said they believe the president is pursuing a “secret agenda” designed to push the country toward socialism.
