President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad: Prime goal of the Muslims should be terminating the issue of Zionism.
Iran will soon have a nuke bomb. What could possibly go wrong?
Tehran, Jan 27, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday that all Muslims should mobilize their resources to uproot Zionism.
He made the remarks in his speech to the 26th international conference on Islamic Unity.
He said that the prime goal of the Muslims should be terminating the issue of Zionism.
”World Muslims should forge unity in their struggle with bullying powers and by the time that the Zionist usurpers commit crimes through occupation and vandalism. It is not advisable to sit idle and take no action.”
Elsewhere in his speech, he said that it is not possible to attain unity without having a unique leadership.
The only leader who can guide Muslim World is the guidelines of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), he underlined.

Ahmadinejad Thumbs His Nose at Sanctions

I wish the title of this pot could have been "Ahmadinejad wets his pants in fear of sanctions." Of course, the opposite is true. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is disdainful of Obama and his attempts to tighten sanctions. Accordong to the Iranian state press, He said,
“They know they cannot do a damn thing with sanctions.”
The sanctions are a minor inconvenience at best. The only sanction that would really bite would be an oil sale embargo. That would hurt the West as much as Iran and drive up oil prices. Don't expect anyone to suggest this during the current worldwide economic meltdown.
The Hill reported:
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad lashed out over the weekend in the wake of Obama signing congressional sanctions into law.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad lashed out over the weekend in the wake of President Barack Obama signing into law last week the toughest-ever sanctions to come out of Congress.
“Bullying powers know that no room will remain for them in the world if the Iranian nation mounts its efforts,” Ahmadinejad said, according to the government-owned Press TV. “They know they cannot do a damn thing with sanctions.”

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad: U.N. resolutions “are not worth a penny”

Sadly, Ahmadinejad is correct. U.N. resolutions aren't worth a cent because Russia and China won't cooperate fully and, even if they would, we have nothing to offer a tyrant like Ahmadinejad that is more valuable to him than a nuclear arsenal.
MSNBC reported:
U.N. resolutions aimed at increasing sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program “are not worth a penny” and Tehran will give no ground to pressure, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Wednesday.
He was addressing six world powers that are discussing imposing more far-reaching sanctions on the major oil producer...
The Islamic Republic has repeatedly rejected international demands to halt its escalating uranium enrichment program.

Ahmadinejad Claims U.S. is Blocking Return of Messiah

If you needed additional proof Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is crazy, here it is:
FOX News reported:
“We have documented proof that they believe that a descendant of the prophet of Islam will raise in these parts and he will dry the roots of all injustice in the world,” Ahmadinejad said during a speech on Monday, according to Al Arabiya.
"They have devised all these plans to prevent the coming of the Hidden Imam because they know that the Iranian nation is the one that will prepare the grounds for his coming and will be the supporters of his rule," Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Iranian student protesters shout “Death to Dictators!”.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad: US and Israel "don't have the courage" to attack Iran
Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad said during a visit to Brazil:
"those you mention (Israel and United States) don't have the courage to attack Iran. They're not even thinking about it."
Ahmadinejad very well may be wrong about the Israelis. However, He may be right about the US as long as Barack Obama occupies the White House. It is clear the Iranians have lost all fear of the use of military force against them. Barack Obama can hint all options are on the table with the Iranians, but nobody in Iran or the US believes him.
AFP reported via Google Hosted News:
"The age of military attacks is over, now we've reached the time for dialogue and understanding. Weapons and threats are a thing of the past," the Iranian told a joint press conference with President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, closing his one-day visit.

Does Jew Hater Ahmadinejad Have Secret Jewish Roots?

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad revealing his identity papers (Photo: London Telegraph)
Experts have examined Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's identity card from a 2008 photo and found his family name was changed from Sabourjian. The name Sabourjian derives from "weaver of the Sabour", the name for the Jewish Tallit shawl in Persia. This name is on an official Iranian list of Jewish family names.
The London Telegraph reported:
A photograph of the Iranian president holding up his identity card during elections in March 2008 clearly shows his family has Jewish roots.
A close-up of the document reveals he was previously known as Sabourjian – a Jewish name meaning cloth weaver.
The short note scrawled on the card suggests his family changed its name to Ahmadinejad when they converted to embrace Islam after his birth.
The Sabourjians traditionally hail from Aradan...
Ali Nourizadeh, of the Centre for Arab and Iranian Studies, told the Telegraph this:
Ali Nourizadeh, of the Centre for Arab and Iranian Studies, said: "This aspect of Mr Ahmadinejad's background explains a lot about him.
"Every family that converts into a different religion takes a new identity by condemning their old faith.
"By making anti-Israeli statements he is trying to shed any suspicions about his Jewish connections. He feels vulnerable in a radical Shia society."

Eleven countries walk out of Ahmadinejad’s Israel-bashing UN speech
Yes. The United States was one of them. It is sad we have to wonder if our government did the right thing when dealing with despots, but that is the country we live in today. Reportedly, the eleven countries were Argentina, Australia, Britain, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, New Zealand … and the United States.
