Ali Muhammad Brown was already a suspect in the murder of three Seattle men when he shot 19-year-old Brendan Tevlin eight times at a West Orange traffic light in his home state of New Jersey in June.

Brown is described as a devout Muslim man who killed as part of what prosecutors allege was a “bloody crusade” against the United States. He sought revenge against America for what he said was the wanton killing of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan. Tevlin was allegedly Brown’s fourth victim.

Brown’s victims, with the exception of Tevlin, had a similar background: they were young, gay men.

Brown met two of his victims at a gay-themed Seattle nightclub. Court documents indicate that Brown used a mobile application to set up meetings with his two victims before committing a double homicide. Brown is also implicated in the murder of a third man whose body was found on a highway outside Seattle in April, KIRO-TV Seattle reported.

Brown’s homicides made news in June, but his story fell off the radar until Wednesday when King County prosecutors charged him with murder. Brown’s prosecutors made it clear that the accused killer’s motives were to terrorize, though he did appear to operate according to a perverse code of conduct.

Foreigners wearing mini-skirts and entering Jama Masjid in Central Delhi prompted Indian Mujahideen (IM) co-founder Yasin Bhatkal and his accomplices to plan conspiracy for terror attack and to commit terror strike at the historic mosque in September 2010, the Delhi Police has told before a city court.

In its charge sheet filed against Bhatkal and his aide Asadullah Akhtar,the Special Cell of Delhi Police said the accused considered wearing of short clothes by the foreigners as unIslamic and due to this they decided to strike at gate no-3 of the mosque. After the recee carried out by Yasin, it was decided that gate no.3 of the Jama Masjid was suitable for shootout as foreigners were found frequenting the place and their wearing of mini skirts/ short clothes while entering the Jama Masjid compound was considered by these terrorists as un-Islamic, the police said.

Bhatkal and Akhtar were charge sheeted in connection with the September 19, 2010 Jama Masjid terror attack case in which two Taiwanese tourists had sustained bullet injuries. Police said that two bikers had fired at tourists at the gate no-3 of Jama Masjid and Taiwanese, Ku-Ze-Wei and Ko-chiange, had sustained injuries.

The murderers then strutted around the victim’s body for 15 to 20 minutes until armed police arrived, upon which the self-proclaimed jihadists launched an assault on the police and were shot.

Most strange is the way that the attackers waited around after the slaughter, strutting and bragging, but not particularly threatening or attempting to harm any of the onlookers, until armed police units finally arrived, at which point the murderers commenced what could only be characterized as a suicide attack – having brought knives to a gunfight.

Many have asked why the attackers just waited around for the armed police. Why didn’t they flee or continues attacking others, as one might expect from a couple of crazed murderers? What were they waiting for?

The answer to that question is very significant. These men were waiting for their tickets to Paradise – and 72 virgins. They engaged in their act of jihad, killing an “infidel aggressor, enemy of Islam,” and then waited around for the armed police to show up so they could die in battle for Allah’s glory, martyrs, and therefore elected for special rewards in Paradise.  [...]

Obama State Department Refuses to Call Jihadist Attack on US Servicemen an Act of Terrorism

 Look at the motivation? Arid Uka is a recently radicalized Muslim who shouted "Allahu Akbar." He was clearly a Jihadist. On the other hand, the Gifford's shooter was a just a garden variety lunatic who wasn't motivated by religion or politics. How can anyone compare the two?

This may be the most insane story of 2009. Police get called to a disturbance. They find a rocket launcher and Jihadist writings. The police failed to file charges for the rocket launcher.

When officers went inside, they found something that made them concerned enough to call the bomb squad.

WSJ: Two 9/11 Terrorists May Be Declared Unfit For Civilian Trial

The Wall Street Journal is warning Ramzi Binalshibh(pictured left) and Mustafa al-Hawsawi(pictured right) may be declared mentally unfit to stand trial. Their attorneys are claiming mental problems and harsh treatment by the CIA has left them unfit for trial.

A car dealership in Denver has put up a billboard comparing President Obama to a Jihadist. The billboard also says “BIRTH CERTIFICATE PROVE IT” and "WAKE UP AMERICA! REMEMBER FT. HOOD!" The dealer reports his employees have been called names and threatened in phone calls.

The billboard in Wheat Ridge shows a cartoonish Obama wearing a turban. The billboard says, "PRESIDENT or JIHAD?"

The words "WAKE UP AMERICA! REMEMBER FT. HOOD!" appear on the bottom....

It's official. The U.S. is no longer engaged in a "war on terror."

Obama's top Homeland Security and Counterterrorism official, John Brennan, give a speech today. He declared the United States is not engaged in a "War on Terror." Also, he said he does not believe we are in a "global war," nor are we fighting "jihadists."
