Obama calls out Turkey for not controlling Syrian border; Turkey calls out Obama for not controlling Mexican border...

Touché...

Via Daily Caller:
President Barack Obama wants Turkey to close its 60-mile-long border with Syria to end the influx of new Islamic State fighters pouring into Syria and Iraq.
If Turkey acquiesces to Obama’s demands, no entry points will remain between the two countries. The entire border is 550 miles long, The Wall Street Journal reports.
But a Turkish official quickly pointed out to The Wall Street Journal the irony in Washington’s call to close off the border, given the U.S. is completely unable to stop flows in and out of Mexico.

Turkey seems to be blocking Twitter and Facebook after peace rally bombing kills over 80 people...

Another one of Obama's favorite Muslim leaders...

Via BGN News:
Access to social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook have been slowed down to a trickle in the wake of a deadly dual suicide bombing at a peace rally in Ankara that killed at least 86 and injured 186. Regular access is only available via Virtual Private Network (VPN).

No official explanation has been given as to why Twitter or Facebook are inaccessible, however Ankara has in the past resorted to blocking or slowing down access to social media platforms when faced with security crises or unfavorable coverage.

IT expert Füsun Sarp Nebil explains that it was a common tactic for the Telecommunications Directorate (TİB) to restrict access to the sites through internet service providers, slowing down access the same way one may reduce a tap.

“To put it plainly, those in control of the tap are turning it down,” she said, “After all there is nobody who knows, or cares, or is aware of what is going on. This is a matter of ‘Net Neutrality.’ Before there were violations of net neutrality for commercial considerations, but in countries like ours it’s violated for political reasons.”

Turkey bombs our Kurdish allies who are fighting ISIS...

Saying this is not helpful is an understatement. It's time to crack down on Turkey and throw them out of NATO.

Via Stars and Stripes
Turkish jets struck camps belonging to Kurdish militants in northern Iraq, authorities said Saturday, the first strike since a peace deal was announced in 2013, as Ankara also bombed Islamic State positions in Syria for a second straight night.
The strikes in Iraq targeted the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK, whose affiliates have been effective in battling the Islamic State group. The strikes further complicate the U.S.-led war against the extremists, which has relied on Kurdish forces making gains in both Iraq and Syria.
A spokesman in Iraq for the PKK, which has been fighting Turkey for autonomy since 1984 and is considered a terrorist organization by Ankara and its allies, said the strikes likely spelled the end of the peace agreement.
“Turkey has basically ended the cease-fire,” Zagros Hiwa told The Associated Press, declining to elaborate further. He said the PKK was still assessing the damage caused by the strikes, though they didn’t appear to cause casualties.

Turkey tries to ship ball-bearings and cement mixers to Gaza as humanitarian aid...

Can you imagine the death and destruction that would be rained on Israel if the Gaza blockade was lifted as Hamas and much of the international community is demanding?

Via Israel National News:
Customs officials at southern Israel’s Ashdod port discovered hundreds of ball-bearings and cement mixers in a Turkish shipment of “humanitarian aid” to Gaza on Wednesday, raising fears the cargo could have been used by Hamas to support its ongoing war against Israel, according to Channel Two.
While both items have civilian uses, both have played a central role building Hamas’s rocket arsenal and its vast network of “terror tunnels” into Israel.
Terrorists in Gaza regularly use ball-bearings to maximize the lethality of locally-made, short-range Qassam rockets. Unlike other, more powerful long-range rockets and military-grade mortar shells smuggled into Gaza from state-sponsors such as Iran, Qassam rockets have a relatively small warhead. But while the explosion itself may be relatively “small”, the rockets are also packed with shrapnel – including nails, razors and, most commonly, ball-bearings – which are scattered throughout a relatively wide radius upon impact, maiming or killing anyone in the vicinity.
The co-opting of hundreds of tons of concrete supplies by Hamas to build its underground tunnel network, used to store and transport weapons as well as carry out attacks inside Israel, has also been well-documented.

Gaza Flotilla Peace Activists Threw Stun Grenades

Israel has a legal right to enforce a blockade of Gaza which is controlled by their deadly enemy Hamas. Israel could have sunk the ships and probably should have, but, instead, they tried to board the ships and avoid the loss of life. They were attacked by activists armed with knives, clubs and slingshots. Oh, and the 'peace activists' threw stun grenades. The IDF was forced to defend itself and nine activists were killed. The rest are being repatriated to their home countries. Turkey has its panties in a bunch because four of the dead are Turkish citizens. About half the people on the flotilla were Turkish citizens. The flotilla launched from a Turkish port with the support of the Turkish government. Reportedly, Turkey threatened Israel if they intercepted the effort to run the legal blockade. This incident was a deliberate provocation by Turkey. Instead of condemning Israel, the world and the US should condemn the Turkish government for interfering with Israel's right to self defense.

Here is the stun grenade video.

Massive protests greet Obama in Turkey

Not all Europeans love Barack Obama. He was greeted by massive protests in Turkey. The protesters carried signs saying, 'Obama go home! We will not be U. S. soldiers!' The Main Stream Media has ignored these protests.
