Too often politicians try the same thing over and over again even if it is clear it isn't working.    We need to give new ideas a try.

While many Americans were tuned into news coverage of the massive damage from tornadoes ravaging the state of Oklahoma, Rhode Island Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse took to the Senate floor to rail against his Republican colleagues for denying the theory of anthropogenic global warming.

Whitehouse spent 15 minutes chastising GOP senators and justified his remarks by alluding to states that seek federal assistance in the wake of natural disasters.

Woman goes on epic anti-capitalist and anti-American rant

This woman obviously hates capitalism, America and religion. She claims she would move to Africa if she could because people should have free water, land, rent and electricity. Then, she informs us Africans had electricity in ancient times. I vote we start collecting airfare money as quickly as possible. Any one want to try guess who she voted for in 2008? She sounds like a picture perfect Obama voter to me. Looking at her other videos, she hates the Tea Party and thinks they are the new KKK. As you might guess, Sarah Palin isn't her favorite either. Severe language warning in the video. This woman is a real potty mouth.

Rosie O’Donnell Calls For ‘Communism’ (audio)

During this rant, Rosie O'Donnell actually said:

"I say seize their assets. Right now. Seize their assets today. Take over the country. I don't care. Issue an executive order. Say BP, guess what, call it Socialism, call it Communism, call it whatever you want."

She probably meant to say "Take over the company," but accidentally spoke what she was really thinking.

MSNBC anchor David Shuster asks, ‘Can I Vomit?’ upon learning Miss California will keep crown(video)

MSNBC anchor David Shuster went on a rant and when he learned Donald Trump was allowing Miss California Carrie Prejean could keep her title. Trump made the announcement on May 12. According to Newsbusters.org, Shuster said,

"Can I vomit right now? I mean, literally. Can I vomit?" Shuster said. "Doesn't this represent everything that is wrong with the superficial nature of these pageants? I mean, she talked about how women can make a difference in the world. She lied. She avoided taking personal responsibility. She blamed others whether it's Perez Hilton or the photographer."
