The New York Timesreported Friday that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has likely enabled massive fraud in the Pigford series of legal settlements, in which black, Hispanic, female and Native American farmers have claimed to be victims of past discrimination.

The cost of the settlements, which could exceed $4.4 billion, is the result of a process that “became a runaway train, driven by racial politics, pressure from influential members of Congress and law firms that stand to gain more than $130 million in fees,” theTimes notes.

Among those influential members of Congress was then-Senator Barack Obama, who made Pigford payouts a priority in exchange for political support for his 2008 presidential campaign among a coveted group of black voters in the rural South, the Timesreports.

Breitbart News has obtained a promotional booklet produced in 1991 by Barack Obama's then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which touts Obama as "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii."

The booklet, which was distributed to "business colleagues" in the publishing industry, includes a brief biography of Obama among the biographies of eighty-nine other authors represented by Acton & Dystel.

Andrew Breitbart Destroys "N Word" Lie Against Tea Party Protesters (video)

The NAACP passed a resolution yesterday accusing Tea Party members of exhibiting "explicitly racist behavior." Much of this accusation is based on Rep. Andre Carson's claim the "N" word was hurled at him 15 times on March 20th prior to a vote on ObamaCare in Washington DC. Andrew Breitbart has offered $100,000 to anyone who can produce video evidence this claim is true. Several videos have been recovered and analyzed by Breitbart, but none of them support Rep. Andre Carson's racial epithet claim.

Last night on Hannity's show, James O'Keefe, Hannah Giles & Andrew Breitbart were on to discuss the latest ACORN video they have released. This video has a LA ACORN Housing Director jumping at the opportunity to help start an underage brothel and illegally funnel money into a political campaign. During the segment, Breitbart has a message for AG Holder. He says he has more tapes, not just ACORN, and will release them next year at election time if there is no investigation.

Hannity: Are you saying, Andrew, that there are more tapes?

Breitbart: Oh my goodness there are! Not only are there more tapes, it’s not just ACORN. And this message is to Attorney General Holder: I want you to know that we have more tapes, it’s not just ACORN, and we’re going to hold out until the next election cycle, or else if you want to do a clean investigation, we will give you the rest of what we have, we will comply with you, we will give you the documentation we have from countless ACORN whistleblowers who want to come forward but are fearful of this organization and the retribution that they fear that this is a dangerous organization.

ACORN has launched a lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart, James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles for making undercover videos exposing corruption at ACORN offices. Breitbart discusses the lawsuit with O'Reilly in this embedded video:

Andrew Breitbart on CNN Coverage of ACORN Videos: "CNN has been despicable"

Andrew Breitbart of BigGovernment.com said CNN's coverage was despicable because they keep reporting the ACORN line that filmmakers James [O'Keefe] and Hannah [Giles] were kicked out of ACORN offices. Andrew Breitbart said, "There are more videos to come."

BREITBART: Well, I'm grateful that the American public has realized that there's a serious problem here, and that their elected representatives are taking their concerns seriously. A new Rasmussen poll came out this morning that says America's overwhelmingly disturbed by what they've seen on these videos.

But, predictably, and why we rolled the videos out one by one by one by one, we set traps for ACORN to lie; each and every time they lied. They went to the mainstream media, continued to tell those lies. The next day, the previous day's lies were exposed. And CNN in particular has kept going back to ACORN and taking their line.

The behavior of Jonathan Klein, the president of CNN, has been despicable during this. They continue to impugn [filmmakers] James [O'Keefe] and Hannah [Giles], and they are continuing to tell falsehoods -- that they were kicked out of ACORN offices. And that's the current line that some at ACORN, including Bertha Lewis, continue to push. There are more videos to come, and some -- and in towns that they continue to say that they were kicked out of.
