Four more soldiers were just killed in Fort Hood as a result of GW Bush and Cheney's war for oil. #FortHoodShooting

An Iraq-vet shooter with PSD at Fort Hood. Just another legacy of George W Bush & Co. Enjoy your painting W.

Ft Hood. Killer was Iraq Vet. #gop keeps cutting funding for vets most in need. This is more fallout from #Bush#Cheney disastrous choice.

On Wednesday evening, President Obama was being kept up to date on the developments from the mass shooting at Fort Hood while reportedly attending fundraisers for the 2014 election cycle. According to White House spokesman Josh Earnest, Obama is in the loop while at the fundraisers.
Obama will be in Chicago for four and a half hours, and the events have largely been closed to the media, with radio and TV reporters banned from attendance. Only one print reporter will be allowed to provide press pool notes
Three years after the White House arranged a hero’s
welcome at the State of the Union address for the Fort Hood police
sergeant and her partner who stopped the deadly shooting there, Kimberly
Munley says President Obama broke the promise he made to her that the
victims would be well taken care of.
“Betrayed is a good word,” former Sgt. Munley told ABC News in a
tearful interview to be broadcast tonight on “World News with Diane
Sawyer” and “Nightline.”
“Not to the least little bit have the victims been taken care of,” she said. “In fact they’ve been neglected.”
There was no immediate comment from the White House about Munley’s allegations. [...] Keep on reading...
(ABC News) — An Army psychiatrist charged with killing 13 people in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood will be forcibly shaved if he doesn’t remove his beard himself, a judge said Wednesday.
Maj. Nidal Hasan appeared in court Wednesday sporting a beard as he did during a court appearance last month. The beard violates Army regulations, but Hasan said it is an expression of his Muslim faith.
The judge, Col. Gregory Gross, held Hasan in contempt of court for keeping the beard and fined him $1,000. Fort Hood spokesman Chris Haug said Gross gave Hasan the choice to shave on his own or be forcibly shaved sometime before his court-martial begins Aug. 20. . . .
The left called Pfc. Naser Abdoa "Muslim Peacemaker" because of his 2010 'Conscientious Objector' status. Apparently, Naser Abdoa objected to killing terrorists in Afghanistan, but doesn't object to killing as long at the targets are American infidels.
(Commentary) — The 21-year-old soldier arrested today for allegedly plotting to attack Fort Hood appears to be the same “conscientious objector” who was viewed as a peacemaker by anti-war activists last year, after he refused to serve in Afghanistan or Iraq because he claimed it violated his Muslim faith.
When Pfc. Naser Abdo applied for CO status last year, the utterly discredited Iraq Veterans Against the War organization posted a message in support of him on its website, and asked readers to donate to his legal defense fund. And Kimber Heinz, a writer for the far-left website Truthout, unluckily chose to profile Abdo in a 2010 article entitled, “One Year After Fort Hood: The Missing Story of Muslim Peacemaking.”
“We must lift up the stories and ongoing work of Muslim peacemakers like Naser Abdo,” Heinz wrote.
CNN and Al Jazeera also both featured glowing segments on Abdo’s quest to obtain CO status.
Chris Matthews quickly blamed Sarah Palin and Conservatives for the Giffords shooting. He bent over backwards to not blame the Ft. Hood shooting on Muslims.
The New York Times has become a complete liberal rag. In spite of the fact Major Nidal Malik Hasan shouted “Allahu akbar!” before gunning down soldiers at Ft. Hood, they can't fathom his motive. If they would take off their liberal blinders, they could easily discern Hasan is an Islamic Jihadist.
No emotion or hint of the defendant’s thoughts flickered across his pale features, as more than two dozen other soldiers and civilians spoke under oath about their struggle to survive in the terrifying minutes after he yelled “Allahu akbar!” — “God is great” in Arabic — and started shooting...
Anwar al Awlaki has reportedly been killed today in an air strike on a Yemeni terrorist camp. May he receive 72 virgin camels in hell as his reward. Ft. Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan was in contact with Anwar al Awlaki. Hasan asked him about Muslim-American soldiers killing their colleagues. Reuters reports:
A Yemeni air raid may have killed the top two leaders of al Qaeda’s regional branch on Thursday, and an American Muslim preacher linked to the man who shot dead 13 people at a U.S. army base may also have died, a Yemeni security official said.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will begin hearings on the Ft. Hood attack Thursday. They won't be hearing from any members of Team Obama. Chairman Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) was rebuffed in his request. Let the cover up begin.
The first public congressional hearing on the Fort Hood attack will not include testimony from any current federal law enforcement, military or intelligence officials because the Obama administration “declined to provide any” such witnesses, according to a Senate committee source.
The idea of a psychiatrist, willing to mass murder 13 innocent soldiers and employees at Fort Hood, reporting his patients for alleged war crimes is ridiculous. Major Nidal Malik Hasan is a hypocrite who violated his patients confidentiality. Since the military dismissed the allegations, the charges were undoubtedly false.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan's military superiors repeatedly ignored or rebuffed his efforts to open criminal prosecutions of soldiers he claimed had confessed to "war crimes" during psychiatric counseling, according to investigative reports circulated among federal law enforcement officials...
Does the state run media think we are stupid enough to believe that because it is not easy to be a Muslim in today's military there is justification for shouting "Allahu Akbar" and firing 100 rounds into a crowded Fort Hood processing center?
Well, look, we — we have seen, in the past, rampages of this sort. And in a country of 300 million people, there are going to be acts of violence that are inexplicable. Even within the extraordinary military that we have — and I think everybody understands how outstanding the young men and women in uniform are under the most severe stress — there are going to be instances in which an individual cracks. I think the questions that we’re asking now and we don’t have yet complete answers to is, is this an individual who’s acting in this way or is it some larger set of actors? You know, what are the motivations? Those are all questions that I think we have to ask ourselves. Until we have these answers buttoned down, I’d rather not comment on it.

On MSNBC's Hardball yesterday Chris Mathews made a bizarre comparison of Ft. Hood shooter Maj. Nidal M. Hasan to Sirhan Sirhan. After that he said, "That's not a crime to call up al Qaeda, is it? Is it?" and "We cannot call him the shooter until we have a trial. That's the way we work here, you know, that's how it works in America, certainly not in the news business." Unbelievable.
From NewsBusters:
"See - we have a problem," Matthews said. "How do we know when someone like Hasan is going to make his move and do we know he's an Islamist until he's made his move? He makes a phone call or whatever, according to Reuters right now. Apparently he tried to contact al Qaeda. Is that the point at which you say, ‘This guy is dangerous?' That's not a crime to call up al Qaeda, is it? Is it? I mean, where do you stop the guy?
"Well, this guy, according to all the testament, admittedly it has not been admitted into court. We cannot call him the shooter until we have a trial. That's the way we work here, you know, that's how it works in America, certainly not in the news business. You can't call somebody a murderer until you get a conviction in court. And the question here is when can you identify a problem? That's what we have to deal with. And you say it's an ideological point - you can find the problem. But then we get into the business of checking out on people's thinking. And that's the problem."
A Islamic extremest committed the worst terrorist attack on American soil since 9-11. Instead of demanding something be done about Islamic extremists, anti-gun nuts want to ban the pistol he was using.
Of course. They tried it with Columbine and Virginia Tech, why not the tragedie du jour?
Nidal Malik Hasan, the Muslim American army psychiatrist, who ran amok at Fort Hood army base in Texas killing 13, used a controversial Belgian weapon. Hasan employed an FN 5.7 pistol.
The weapon is produced by arms manufacturer FN at Herstal in Belgium. Hasan was able to purchase the arm without any difficulty at an arms dealer’s.
The 5.7 pistol is an extremely powerful semi-automatic arm. Using a special type of ammunition it can pierce through bullet proof vests even at a great distance.
This makes the weapon extremely popular among criminal gangs. It has been dubbed the “cop killer”.
Civilian ammo for this pistol is not anymore dangerous than any other ammo.
The ammo for the civilian market WILL NOT penetrate Level IIA and Level IIIA Kevlar, Kevlar 129 or Spectra vests, contrary to popular myth put originated by misguided politicians and gun control advocates trying to advance their agenda. Ballistically, the 5.7 round is very similar to the .22 WMR (Winchester Magnum Rimfire) round.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan attended the same Mosque, Dar al-Hijrah, in Virginia as two of the 9-11 hijackers. The preacher at the time was Anwar al-Awlaki. He has been accused of backing terrorist organizations.
Hasan, the sole suspect in the massacre of 13 fellow US soldiers in Texas, attended the controversial Dar al-Hijrah mosque in Great Falls, Virginia, in 2001 at the same time as two of the September 11 terrorists, The Sunday Telegraph has learnt. His mother's funeral was held there in May that year.
The state run media are doing their best to downplay the religion of the Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan. Some even have the gall to ask, "Who cares?"
Morning Meeting host Dylan Ratigan on Friday appeared uncomfortable discussing the faith of the Muslim shooter who killed 12 people in Texas. In a tease for a segment on the subject, he noted that Major Nidal Hasan is being "described as a devout Muslim, mortified at being deployed to Iraq. Did that drive him to allegedly commit murder?" Ratigan quickly added, " And who cares what his religion was?"
Reportedly, Major Nidal Hasan shouted, "Allah Akbar!" before opening fire.
A Muslim soldier agitated by Iraq and Afghanistan opened fire st Fort Hood killing 12 people. He also, reportedly, wounded 31 other people. Nader Hasan was a psychiatrist recently reassigned from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
