Rush and GOP Congressman targeted by illegal robo-call (video)

Via Bretibart:
“Hello, this is a message from Women of the 99%. Congressman Jim Renacci is condoning the war on women led by Rush Limbaugh, who has become the de facto leader of the Republican party. Call Congressman Renacci at 330-xxx-xxxx and ask him why he remains silent while Republican spokesman Rush Limbaugh insults, degrades, and verbally abuses women. Tell Congressman Renacci that it’s just plain shameful that he that he allows Rush Limbaugh’s behavior to continue. We are the Women of the 99% and we won’t be silent anymore. “

The call is illegal because the responsible group identified on the calls as “Women of the 99%” is not a registered PAC or lobbying group, and no return call phone number is given.

Truth Revealed: Nurses Union Was Behind Illegal Alien Maid’s Attack on Meg Whitman

It figures. California Nurses Association union was behind the maids attack on failed GOP California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported:

One of the most tantalizing mysteries in California’s 2010 gubernatorial election involved the connection between one of the state’s poorest women and one of its wealthiest.

How did an undocumented, Mexican-born housekeeper, Nicandra Diaz Santillan, end up in the national spotlight, boldly confronting her former boss, billionaire GOP gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman?

The short answer: with the help of a union.

The longer answer is that at the height of the gubernatorial race, as campaign ads blared on Spanish-language television, the aggrieved housekeeper was determined to tell Californians her story of being abruptly fired by Whitman after nearly a decade on the job.

In early September, Diaz turned to a friend who knew a member of the powerful, Oakland-based California Nurses Association, The Chronicle has learned.

The union called in two lawyers for Diaz:
Marc Van Der Hout, a longtime immigration attorney in San Francisco, and celebrity feminist attorney Gloria Allred, a fierce workplace rights litigator who arranged for Diaz to tell her story in a live-webcast news conference.

Asked to confirm her organization’s role in Diaz’s case, Rose Ann DeMoro, the nurses union executive director, said Monday, “I won’t deny it, but I prefer not to comment directly on the case.

Bill O'Reilly Talking Point: Obama Could Face Impeachment If He Pardons Illegals (video)

There are reports President Obama is considering bypassing Congress and granting unilateral amnesty to millions of illegal immigrant if his attempts at immigration reform fail. Bill Oreilly said, "an impeachment movement would explode," if Obama tried this usurpation of congressional authority.

Newsmax reported:
Fox News' Bill O'Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.

“If President Obama were to sign an executive order giving illegal aliens amnesty, his career would be over and an impeachment movement would explode,” O'Reilly said Friday night on his “Talking Points” segment during his top-rated Fox show.

At the same time, O'Reilly said he did not believe reports that the Obama administration would grant such a blanket amnesty...

Obama’s DOL Secretary Puts Out Ad Offering To Help Undocumented Workers Get "Paid Fairly "

Most Americans are in favor of enforcing the law, but the Obama administration only wants to enforce the laws they agree with. Why won't they enforce the law that says undocumented workers can't work or live here? In this video ad, Obama's DOL Secretary Hilda L. Solis says,
"Every worker in America has the right to be paid fairly whether documented or not"...

The ad displays a telephone number which Solis touts as "free and confidential."

Obama's DOL Secretary Hilda L. Solis: You Have the Right to Be Paid Fairly Whether Documented or Not

Where is the ad telling undocumented workers they are breaking the law by working here and need to return to their home countries so U.S. citizens and legal residents can have jobs?

Democrats Learn To Talk Like Republicans On Illegal Immigration

Democrats are on the wrong side of polling when it comes to illegal immigration. How are they responding? They are learning to talk like Republicans. Democrats are dropping terms like 'undocumented worker" and picking up new terms like "illegal immigrant." This is hilarious! Of course the rhetoric is the only thing changing. Democrats still want to legalize 12 million illegal immigrants and allow them to stay.

Politico reported:

Now, Democrats emphasize that it’s “unacceptable” to allow 12 million people to live in America illegally and that the government must “require” them to register and “get right with the law.” That means three things: “Obey our laws, learn our language and pay our taxes” — or face deportation.

Barack Obama May Want Open Borders, But He Is In A Minority

President Obama wants to do immigration reform instead of securing the borders or passing laws cracking down on illegal immigrants and those who enable them to live in this country illegally. The majority of Americans disagree with him. They want tough sanctions on employers who hire illegal immigrants and landlords who provide them housing.
Seventy percent (70%) of U.S. voters favor strict government sanctions on employers who hire illegal immigrants, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey...

President Obama not only disapproves of Arizona's new law enabling law enforcement officers to check immigration status, but he is fighting to prevent Arizona from enforcing employer sanctions on those who hire illegal immigrants.
The Obama administration is asking the Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court decision that upheld Arizona’s right to punish employers for hiring illegal immigrants.

The Obama administration is asking the Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court decision that upheld Arizona’s right to punish employers for hiring illegal immigrants.

The Arizona law gives the state the right to suspend or terminate business licenses.

“If you hire a person in this country illegally knowingly, you’ll lose your license. First offense, 10 days. Second offense, revocation, never to do business in the state of Arizona again,” said Arizona state Sen. Russell Pearce, a Republican who helped draft the new controversial Arizona law that cracks down on illegal immigrants.

The Obama administration apparently worries letting that law stand would leave in place a precedent that states have a legitimate role in enforcing immigration laws — a notion the administration fiercely opposes. . . .

Three Top Republicans to White House: Your Sestak Memo Appear to Document Lawbreaking

Reps. Lamar Smith of Texas, Darrell Issa of California and James Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin have sent the Obama administration a letter thanking them pointing out to them their Sestak memorandum appears to document lawbreaking. Impeachment anyone?
(CNSNews.com) - Three top House Republicans sent a letter to the White House counsel Wednesday saying they believe that a memorandum the counsel released Friday purporting to explain the administration’s actions in offering to appoint Rep. Joe Sestak (D.-Pa.) to a federal position in exchange for Sestak declining to make a Democratic primary run against Sen. Arlen Specter (D.-Pa.) presents a set of facts that appear to violate the law....

On Wednesday, Reps. Lamar Smith of Texas, the ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee; Darrell Issa of California, the ranking Republican on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee; and James Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin, the former chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to Bauer requesting that he produce all the documentation created and collected by his office in investigating the Sestak matter.

The letter expressed the congressmen’s view that the facts presented by Bauer’s memo appear to represent a violation of federal law.

Video: Former ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis Led Away In Handcuffs

It is not the criminal indictment you were hoping to see. Bertha Lewis was arrested at a pro-illegal immigrant rally in NYC Monday. ACORN had no respect for our laws. It is not surprising Bertha Lewis is pro-illegal. The sight of her in handcuffs does stir wishful thinking.

The confirmation came in an interview on Sunday's NBC's "Meet the Press." Sestak is still refusing to say what job was offered, but many have speculated it was Secretary of the Navy. Times Square Bomber Was Living In US Illegally And Police Failed To Act

This is making the Arizona immigration enforcement law look better. The Times Square bomber was living in the US illegally and police failed to act.

Judicial Watch reported:
In an alarming example of how sanctuary cities can protect terrorists, a Pakistani man arrested for the Time Square bombing admitted on a city license application that he entered the U.S. illegally and authorities took no action.

That’s because he applied for the cabbie license in a state (Massachusetts) that openly protects illegal immigrants from deportation...

Americans Support Tough State Immigration Laws By 2-to-1 Margin

Many political analysists are telling republicans to tread lightly on toughening immigration laws. Hispanics are a rapidly growing voter demographic. Democrats are trying to use the Arizona immigration ID law as a political issue. It doesn't look like a winner with the majority of the electorate. Americans support tough new state laws by a margin of 2-to-1.

FOX News reported:
A Fox News poll finds 65 percent of American voters think states should have right to make their own immigration laws and protect their borders “if they believe the federal government has failed to act,” while 32 percent disagree. Moreover, a 52 percent majority favors their own state passing a bill similar to Arizona’s new immigration law. Some 31 percent would oppose it and another 18 percent is unsure...

Fully 84 percent favor requiring people to show documents proving their immigration status, if officials have reasonable cause to ask for them.

Obama's "Auntie Zeituni" Gets to Stay for Now

There was a hearing yesterday to determine if the aunt (pictured above) of President Barack Obama would be deported to her Kenyan homeland. Nobody will be shocked to learn the answer is no. She gets to stay until as late as May when a final decision on her status is to be made.
Authorities will decide by May at the latest whether to deport an aunt of President Barack Obama to her Kenyan homeland, the Justice Department said after a hearing in her case on Thursday.

Zeituni Onyango, 57, a half-sister to Obama's father whom Obama called "Auntie Zeituni" in his memoir "Dreams from My Father," moved to the United States in 2000 and applied for asylum in 2002, citing violence in Kenya.

Does anyone really think she will ever be deported? Zeituni Onyango, 57, a half-sister to Obama's father, lives in a Boston housing project (see picture below) and has been making illegal campaign donations to her nephew Barack Obama.
