The answer to that is clearly yes. Pouring some water up a terrorist's nose or giving him a slap is clearly morally superior to crucifying children, beheading aid workers and stoning adulterers. Asking whether we are morally superior is irrelevant in my opinion. When you are at war with someone who has sworn to kill or destroy you, it's not about being "morally superior." At the end of the day, we can win and be alive and continue our way of life or we can be dead and our children will be living under an Islamic Caliphate. The question is, "Are we willing to do what it takes to win?" After we have won the war, there will be time to criticize what we could have done better. If we lose, being "morally superior" will be small consultation to the dead or our daughters living their lives as sex slaves.

MOSCOW (AP) — An Islamic militant group in Russia’s North Caucasus claimed responsibility Sunday for twin suicide bombings in the southern city of Volgograd last month and posted a video threatening to strike the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
There had been no previous claim of responsibility for the bombings, which killed 34 people and heightened security fears before next month’s Winter Games.
In the video, two Russian-speaking men warned President Vladimir Putin that “If you hold these Olympics, we will give you a present for the innocent Muslim blood being spilled all around the world: In Afghanistan, in Somalia, in Syria.”
They added that “for the tourists who come, there will be a present, too.”
In a statement posted with the video on its website, the militant group Vilayat Dagestan claimed responsibility for the Volgograd bombings.
The video claims that the two men, identified as Suleiman and Abdurakhman, were the suicide bombers and purports to show the explosives being prepared and strapped to their bodies.

Muslim extremists with ties to al Qaeda have been using Massachusetts and the city of Boston as a jihadi headquarters since at least 1993, according to a recent report by a top terrorism analyst.

At least 26 residents were found to have ties to al Qaeda, according to the report by the Henry Jackson Society. The activity dates from before the Tsarnaev brothers, radical Muslim immigrants to the United States, were identified as the suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing.

Jihadist activity has taken place in Massachusetts since at least 1993 and includes in-state fundraising for terrorism, “those convicted of planning jihad, and even those who have been killed while fighting abroad,” according to the report by terrorism analyst Robin Simcox.

“The city [of Boston] and state of Massachusetts has a long history of ties to AQ [al Qaeda] and AQ-inspired militancy,” the report states.

“Even prior to last week’s Boston bombing, there had been twenty six individuals with links to Massachusetts connected to AQ [al Qaeda] and AQ-inspired terrorism,” the report states. “Fifteen had lived in Massachusetts, with eleven 9/11 hijackers using the Boston area as a temporary base from which to launch their attacks.”

KABUL, Afghanistan, April 2 (UPI) — At least six Afghan insurgents were killed Saturday in an attack on a NATO military base near Kabul, military officials said.

Three NATO soldiers were injured in the attack by the guerrillas, two of whom were wearing the Muslim full-body women’s burqas, The Washington Post reported.
