Allen West says he knows the “ground truth” of what happened in Benghazi

I hope the source comes forward and testifies to the select Committee.
Today as I returned from Detroit, I had a moment that I truly felt was God sent, as I don’t believe in coincidences. It happened on one of my flights, and it was two hours I will never forget.
I was seated beside someone who personally knew one of the men who was there on the roof in Benghazi. This person was excited to share with me the “ground truth” of what happened September 11, 2012.
My seat mate drew schematics to orient me to the “time and spacing” and the direction of the attack. I learned about the repeated orders to the men at the CIA annex to stand down and do nothing — thank God two of them, Glenn Doherty and Ty Woods, lived up to their code of honor and ran to the sound of the guns, resulting in their loss of life — but the preservation of life for others, their fellow Americans.

Hmm...St. Lucie Board of Elections admits “mistakes were made” counting Allen Wests election

Is there still hope for Re. Allen West?

Via Politico:
“The whole St. Lucie Board of Elections is straight out of ‘The Dukes of Hazzard,’” Chris LaCivita, West’s hard-charging strategist, said in an interview.

Conservative activists are joining the battle on behalf of their tea party hero.

“Every legal vote must be counted for Allen West!” the Tea Party Leadership Fund wrote in an email asking supporters to contribute to West’s cause.

But West’s supporters aren’t the only ones frustrated with the St. Lucie County elections board and its supervisor, Gertrude Walker. The Florida secretary of state’s office announced this week that it is launching an audit of the county’s vote-tabulating process, saying that it was “concerned” about the results. A report was expected to be completed as soon as Friday.

And even Walker has confessed her department made errors. In a news conference, she said officials had shown “too much haste” in trying to get complete results to the public on election night and that “mistakes were made.” She also acknowledged there was an initial problem in feeding voting machine memory cards though the office’s tabulating system.

Massive voter fraud in Florida

How can there be 141% voter turnout without fraud?
On Tuesday only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. “The Unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.”

The Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, had this to say concerning the 141% voter turnout: “They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but we’ve never seen that here.”
I am beginning to think Rep. Allen West got hosed...

Update: Someone on Twitter claimed each voter has two ballots dur to the length . I can not confirm this ATM, but it could be an explanation.

Allen West to detractor: "lets talk about the President doing blow.”

Ouch!

Via The Shark Tank:
The progressives who attended Congressman Allen West’s town hall meeting managed to drop some choice questions on the good Congressman. One of the questions was about an alleged Article 15 hearing that he supposedly received in the Army- never mind the fact that West never received an Article 15 hearing before leaving the Army- West left the military with full honors and his pension.
West took a bit of an issue with the question, and posed one of his own to his detractors-
“If you guys want to go back and talk about what happened nine years ago to me, lets talk about the President doing blow.”

Allen West Explains Who Our Enemy Is Today

This great op-ed is from Roll Call. This is only a small excerpt. It is well worth your time to read the whole thing.
To begin with, we must correctly identify our enemy. It is frankly naive to say we are at war with “terror” because a nation cannot be at war with a tactic. Imagine, if during World War II, the United States went to war against the “blitzkrieg” or the “kamikaze.”

Further, we cannot narrowly define the enemy as simply al-Qaida or the Taliban. It is just as ridiculous to say we declared war against the 12th German Panzer Division or the 55th Japanese Infantry Regiment in World War II or the 7th Guards Tank Division during the Cold War.

Before the rise of al-Qaida, the terrorist group which had inflicted the most damage on the United States was Hezbollah. Now Hezbollah has become a very capable military force, albeit one without state or uniform — so capable in fact, it has armed missiles within striking distance of every city in Israel.

The Obama administration has failed to identify Hezbollah as an enemy. On this 21st century battlefield we are not fighting against a single organization, leader or nation. We are fighting against the ideology of Islamic totalitarianism, manifested at a tactical level as terrorism, which knows no country and recognizes no borders.

Read the whole op-ed here.

Rep. Allen West Told Liberal CBC Members to Arm Themselves After Giffords Shooting

The liberal members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) were leery of Rep. Allen West's suggestion. I wonder why?
(The Hill)-  Still, some are “leery” of West, according to a CBC member who requested anonymity.

West raised some eyebrows in a CBC meeting soon after the assassination attempt of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.).

After members expressed concern for their safety, West, a two-decade plus Army veteran, said members should consider carrying a concealed weapon.

In an interview with The Hill this week, West said, “They were talking about getting detailed security and I said, ‘Well you just look in your state as far as getting a concealed weapons licensing,’ which is something that I have. I think personal protection starts with yourself, but you just coordinate with local law enforcement to make sure you have collateral security at your events.”

CBC member Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.) said West’s suggestion didn’t go over well, adding it was “frowned” on by other lawmakers.

Allen West: Sharia must be recognized as a national security threat (video)

Shariah: The Threat To America: An Exercise In Competitive Analysis (Report of Team B II)

Allen West tells it like it is.

From the video:
WEST: Well, I haven’t had the opportunity to sit down with all of the new members, giving all the new members of the freshmen class a phone call to talk to them. I think one of the critical things that we must come together is that there is an infiltration of the Sharia practice into all of our operating systems in our country as well as across Western civilization. So we must be willing to recognize that enemy. We cannot have a national security strategy that does not recognize it in specific and understand its goals and objectives. So once again, we can tailor you know our internal goals and objectives as far as our security systems, our political systems, economic systems, our cultural and educational systems, so that we can thwart this. And it comes back to one of those strategic goals that you mentioned, reducing the sphere of influence of this Sharia you know ideology that is tied into Islam. But I think that is our most threatening part, is the Sharia philosophy.

That Crazed Tea Partier who sent a threatening email that led to a Florida school shutdown is really a lefty

Right-wing talker, and former Allen West Chief-of-Staff, Joyce Kaufman made a provocative statement at a July tea party rally,
”if ballots don’t work, bullets will."
That statement was followed by a threatening email and phone call from someone claiming to agree with Kaufman. The threats led to a 300 Florida schools being locked down and caused Kaufman to resign as Allen West's Chief-of-Staff. The woman making the threats has now been identified. She is no Tea Partier at all. She is a lefty member of the Green Part trying to get Kaufman in trouble.

(Palm Beach New Times)- The woman charged by the FBI with making a threat that led to the lockdown of more than 300 Broward County schools after hearing the words of right-wing talker Joyce Kaufman isn’t a member of the Tea Party — she’s a member of the Green Party.

Ellisa Martinez was arrested yesterday for making an emailed threat and a phone call to Kaufman’s radio station, 850-AM, on November 10. In the email, Martinez feigned agreement with the fiery arch-conservative rhetoric of Kaufman and Sarah Palin, but she’s she’s officially on the other side of the ledger. According to the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Office, Martinez is a member of the Green Party, a progressive left-wing group focused on environmental issues....

The threatening email was sent to Kaufman at the radio station, and Kaufman, a former liberal, has hinted repeatedly that the email was a hoax from a left-wing activist, not a declaration of war from one of her Tea Party adherents.

Over at the liberal Huffington Post, they reported an AP version of the arrest that never mentioned the woman was a lefty Green Party member faking agreement with Kaufman.

Conservative Allen West Takes Lead in Florida House 22nd

Here is some encouraging news from the Sunshine State. Conservative Allen West is ahead by 6 in Florida's 22dn congressional district.
Republican 22nd Congressional Candidate Allen West leads Incumbent Ron Klein 48% – 42% in a survey conducted by Wilson Research Strategies on September 20-22, 2010.

“While we are encouraged by our latest poll results, our campaign to restore honor, integrity and character to Washington is just getting started,” said LTC(R) Allen West. He continued, “I will continue to press on, and take our message of smaller government, constitutional values and principled leadership directly to the citizens of the 22nd Congressional District. The only poll that matters is the one that will come out on the evening of November 2nd.”
