The State Department does a Friday Benghazi document dump....

All the documents still have not been turned over...

Via Free Beacon:
The State Department turned over 1,600 pages of previously undisclosed documents related to Hillary Clinton and Libya to the House Benghazi committee on Friday, a month after it revealed the existence of the documents in an unrelated court case.
The House Select Committee on Benghazi announced it received the records on Friday, adding that the State Department has yet to fully comply with document requests the committee made nearly a year ago.
“Today the State Department turned over more than 1,600 pages of new documents related to former Secretary Clinton and Libya,” the committee said. “The State [Department] claimed in a January 8th court filing that it only recently discovered these new documents from the Office of the Secretary.”

Federal Judge orders Eric Holder to release some withheld Fast and Furious documents...

These are some of the documents that Holder took a contempt charge to keep hidden.

Via Townhall:
Thanks to a Freedom of Information Act Lawsuit pursued against the Department of Justice by government watchdog Judicial Watch, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has ruled documents being withheld from Congress under President Obama’s claim of executive privilege must be turned over. Obama made the claim on the same day Attorney General Eric Holder was voted in criminal and civil contempt of Congress in June 2012.
“This order forces the Obama DOJ, for the first time, to provide a detailed listing of all documents that it has withheld from Congress and the American people for years about the deadly Fast and Furious gun running scandal,” Judicial Watch released in a statement.
The FOIA lawsuit has been ongoing for 16-months and is now proceeding after a lengthy delay. The Justice Department originally asked the court for an indefinite hold on a FOIA request from Judicial Watch, citing executive privilege and an ongoing investigation. That indefinite hold request was shot down more than a year ago.

Finally: IRS to giver up documents and emails from former IRS official Lois Lerner

Let's hope they aren't heavily redacted...

Via Newsmax:
The Internal Revenue Service will give documents and emails from former IRS official Lois Lerner to the House Ways and Means Committee, House Republicans announced Friday.
The news was released in a statement from committee Chairman Dave Camp, a Michigan Republican, saying that the IRS was finally handing over the documents he requested months ago, as his committee continues its investigation into the IRS’ targeting of conservative groups.
“From the few Lerner documents we have received, we know that Washington, D.C., orchestrated the targeting of groups applying for tax-exempt status, surveillance of existing tax-exempt groups and formed the proposed 501(c)(4) rules designed to push conservative groups out of the public forum,” Camp said.
“The remaining documents are key to determining the level of wrong doing and deception committed by this agency,” he added.

The Document Stonewall Begins

Deconstructing Obama: The Life, Loves, and Letters of America's First Postmodern President

Republicans now control House committees and the power to conduct oversight of the Obama administration. They have began requesting documents from President Obama, but it looks like his original long-form birth certificate isn't the only document he is going to stonewall access to.
(Daily Caller)- Further, Issa charges that top DHS officials actually instructed career employees not to search for the documents he is requesting.

“I was disappointed to learn that on or about Jan. 20, 2011, DHS’s Office of General Counsel instructed career staff in the Privacy Office not to search for documents responsive to my request,” Issa says in the Feb. 1 letter.

Issa is requesting documents from DHS about political interference with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the agency.

Secret Document Shows Iran Working On Nuclear Trigger

Iran claims their nuclear program is for the peaceful production of energy. However, a leaked intelligence document proves what we knew all along. Iran is working to build a nuclear bomb. The leaked documents describe a four-year plan to test a neutron initiator. This is the component that detonates a nuclear bomb. It has no civilian use.

The Times reported:

The notes, from Iran’s most sensitive military nuclear project, describe a four-year plan to test a neutron initiator, the component of a nuclear bomb that triggers an explosion. Foreign intelligence agencies date them to early 2007, four years after Iran was thought to have suspended its weapons programme.

Dumpster Diving Pays Off At ACORN Office

California AG Brown announced he was conduction an investigation after the release of the Pimp and Hooker sting videos. Unfortunately, he failed to have his investigators visit ACORN offices for days. This is the same as the police calling a drug dealer and telling him they were coming over to check for drugs. What have the ACORN employees been up to while waiting for the investigators to show up? In San Diego County, they threw thousands upon thousands of private and sensitive documents into a dumpster. They were retrieved by a private investigator.

Big Government reported:
Shockingly, we now learn that the ACORN office in National City (San Diego County) engaged in a massive document dump on the evening of October 9th, containing thousands upon thousands of sensitive documents, just days prior to the Attorney General’s visit.

BigGovernment.com has learned that not only did this document dump occur, but the documents in question were irresponsibly and brazenly dumped in a public dumpster, without considering laws and regulations as to how sensitive information should be treated.

The documents released so far at Big Government contain names, addresses and social security numbers. Beitbart is hinting he has much more. Don't be surprised to see more of these documents released in the days to come. Shredders are about to undergo a sales increase.
