This should scare the crap out of Democrats

Trump's favor-ability rating are rising to near 50%. Let's compare 2020 to 2016.

 Hillary Clinton November 2016
Donald Trump November 2016
Hillary Clinton had a 4 point favor-ability rating advantage and won the popular vote by about 2%, but got slaughtered in electoral votes. Then candidate Donald Trump favorable was a low 37.5%.

Let's check the current situation for Joe Biden.
As you can see, Joe Biden is 3 points ahead of Hillary. So, he looks good, right? Let's check President Trump.

President Trump is 6 points better than 2020 and the three most recent polls were all in the Upper 40's.  I used favorable ratings to keep apples to apples comparisons. If I had used President Trump's Presidential Approval, his reelection chances would look even better.

Meet Mr. 35%

Change...

Via The Corner:
Barack Obama’s approval rating slid into dangerous territory this week, with the latest Reuters-Ipsos poll showing just 35 percent of Americans approve of the president’s job performance even as he leads the nation into a war against Islamic fundamentalism in the Middle East.
Fifty-eight percent of Americans expressed disapproval of the White House’s current occupant — 37 percent of them “strongly.” Just 17 percent strongly approved of Obama’s current performance.

The frustration carries over to the nation’s political leaders, with President Barack Obama’s overall approval rating hitting a new low at 40 percent, and a mere 14 percent of the public giving Congress a thumbs up.

Amusing: Crack smoking Toronto mayor has a higher approval than Obama...

This will leave a mark...
Is it possible for a politician who admitted to smoking crack cocaine and was reportedly heard threatening to kill someone to be more liked than the President of the United States? According to the latest polls and surveys, the answer is yes.
Based on the latest poll done by Forum Research, Rob Ford, the foul-mouthed, irascible Toronto mayor continues to enjoy a 42 percent job performance rating, while a CBS poll released this week had President Barack Obama’s approval rating at an all-time low of just 37 percent.

Quinnipiac poll finds new low in Obama approval...

The new number is 39%. I doubt it will ever go below low 30s because that many hooked on the entitlement crack Obama is peddling.

Via Mediaite:
It’s always good to be a frequent record-breaker, but not if the record is how little people actually like you. President Obama has hit yet another record low approval rating, following similar record lows in other polls for the past few months, this time from Quinnipiac, which marks Obama’s approval numbers at 39 percent.
Obama’s net approval rating was just four percent at the start of October, only to jump down to -15 this week. Independents disapprove of Obama 63-30 and Republicans overwhelmingly disapprove by a 95-point margin, while Democrats still widely approve of Obama’s performance 79-14.

Buyers Remorse: Democrats losing that hopey-changey feeling...

Obama's approval has dropped 16 points among democrats.

Via Newsmax:
President Barack Obama’s job-approval rating has fallen to its lowest level since 2011, reflecting the public’s disapproval of his clashes with Congress on spending and a growing opposition to Obamacare, two new polls have found.
According to the Bloomberg National Poll of 1,000 adults conducted Sept. 20-23, the president has a 45 percent job-approval rating, while a Gallup survey of 11,259 adults taken Sept. 1-22 gives him 44 percent.
The Gallup survey showed that the president is rapidly losing support within his own party.
While 78 percent of Democrats still give him a positive job-approval rating, he’s lost 13 points from a high of 91 percent in the month after his re-election.

Interesting: Former RINO Lincoln Chafee is now the most unpopular governor in the nation...

Lincoln Chafee has a net approval of negative 40 percentage points. He plans on running for re-election. Chafee was elected as an Independent after giving up the charade of being a Republican. How is that working out for you Rhode Island?
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Rhode Island is finally at the top of a set of national rankings, but Gov. Lincoln Chafee probably isn't too happy about it.

Chafee is the most unpopular governor in the United States who's up for re-election in 2014, according to an analysis published Monday by The New York Times' influential FiveThirtyEight blog, which tracks political polls and projects election outcomes.

Just 28% of Rhode Island voters approve of Chafee's job performance, while 68% disapprove, giving the independent governor a net job approval rating of negative 40 percentage points. The next most-unpopular governor, Illinois Democrat Pat Quinn, has a comparatively healthy net approval rating of negative 24.

Chafee said Tuesday he still plans to run for re-election. "The election's a long way away," the governor told WPRI.com. A WPRI 12 poll last October found only 18% of voters definitely plan to vote for him again.

Obama's approval lower than when Democrats got thumped in 2010

Many pollsters are finding likely voter samples that are D+8 or higher. Even Rasmussen is using a D+3 model. Republicans matched Democrats voter for voter in 2010 and Democrats got thumped. The same thing will happen this November.

Via Weekly Standard:
The latest polling from Rasmussen Reports shows that President Obama’s net approval rating is lower today than it was two years ago. Today, Obama’s net approval rating among likely voters is minus-3 percentage points (48 percent approval to 51 percent disapproval), while his net approval rating among those who feel “strongly” (either way) is minus-14 points (29 percent approval to 43 percent disapproval).  On October 19, 2010, Obama’s net approval rating was minus-1 point (49 percent approval to 50 percent disapproval), while his net approval rating among those who felt “strongly” was minus-10 points (30 approval to 40 percent disapproval).
So, over the past two years, Obama’s net approval rating has dropped 2 points (from minus-1 to minus-3), while his net approval rating among those who feel “strongly” has dropped 4 points (from minus-10 to minus-14).

Heartache: Obama's Approval Among Blacks Drops to All-Time Low

Only 81% of black Americans think President Obama is doing a god job.
(CNSNews.com) — President Barack Obama’s job approval tied its all-time low among black Americans last week, according to the Gallup poll.

When asked by Gallup in the week of Aug. 8–14 whether they approved of the way Obama was handling his job as president, a record-low 81 percent of blacks surveyed said that they did. Back in the week of Feb. 28–March 6, Obama’s approval among blacks also dropped to as low as 81 percent.

After that, Obama’s approval among black Americans had rebounded to as high as 91 percent in Gallup polling conducted the week of May 9–15 of this year.
I guess they found out they still have to buy overpriced gas and pay their mortgage.
