Is the Obama Justice Department on Our Team or the Terrorists?

Hopefully, President Obama and Eric Holder's Justice Department is working for us. The answer is not as clear as you may think. In response to a request by Sen. Charles Grassley, Attorney General Eric Holder has admitted nine Justice department appointees were previously working on the terrorist team.

When Terrorists Attack, Team Obama Vacations

Apparently, nobody on Team Obama, from the President on down, thought a terrorist attack was more important than their Christmas vacation.

Team Obama is Offering Underpants Bomber a Deal to Talk?

Personally, I favor bringing out the waterboard, but Team Obama is never going to do that. Instead, they are offering this attempted mass murder some kind of deal.

White House counter-terrorism czar Brennen said this Sunday.

"He doesn't have to but he knows there are certain things that are on the table... if he wants to engage with us in a productive manner, there are ways he can do that."

The U.S. Government is offering the suspect charged with attempting to bomb an aircraft on Christmas Day, Omar Abdulmutallab, some kind of incentives to share what he knows about Al Qaeda, White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan said Sunday.

Team Obama Allows Underpants Bomber to Lawyer Up

President Obama called the underpants bomber a “suspect” arrested for the “alleged” bombing of a US flight in a speech Monday.



Preisdent Obama's plan for Al Qaeda Jihadists determined to destroy America is to treat them as common criminals; not combatants in a war against us. Reportedly, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab has been read his rights in his hospital bed and has now "lawyer-ed" up. This means we can't question him about his methods, accomplices and ties to Al Qaeda. Rep. Peter King is calling for Abdulmutallab to be tried by military tribunal instead of a civilian court.

Washington (AP) - The leading Republican on the House Homeland Security Committee says the Nigerian man accused of attacking an airliner as it approached Detroit should be tried by a military tribunal rather than a civilian court.

Rep. Peter King of New York said Tuesday it will be more difficult for authorities to get useful information from the suspect if he is given the legal rights afforded to defendants in civilian courts, including the right to a lawyer.

No Wonder Team Obama is Clueless. They Never Worked for the Private Sector.

Less than 10% of Team Obama has experience in the private sector. No wonder they are focused on socializing medical care, raising taxes and implementing a governmental solution for all problems. This is by far the lowest percentage of Cabinet appointments with private enterprise experience of any President in at least the last century.

Team Obama Wants To Legalize 14 Million Illegal Immigrants

With 10.2% unemployment that may actually be approaching 20% real unemployment, why would anyone in their right mind want to legalize 14 million people who came here by breaking our laws. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said this is what Team Obama will push for as their version of "immigration reform."

The only way illegal immigrants can "get right with the law" is by turning themselves in for deportation. How can any illegal immigrant pass a criminal background check, when they are by definition criminals because they have come here illegally. In addition, many illegal immigrants are guilty of identity theft.

Team Obama May Throw "Public Option" Under the Bus

In a move sure to enrage the liberal left, the Obama administration has signaled they are willing to drop a government run heath insurance option from the health care reform bills. Team Obama is getting desperate to salvage anything they can call a victory from the health care reform disaster. However, it may not be Blue Dog Democrats that kill the deal. Liberal Democrats may revolt if the government run "public option" is dropped.

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama's administration signaled on Sunday it is ready to abandon the idea of giving Americans the option of government-run health insurance as part of his ambitious health care proposal.

Facing mounting opposition to the overhaul, administration officials left open the chance for a compromise with Republicans that would include health insurance cooperatives. Such a concession is likely to enrage his liberal supporters but could deliver Obama a much-needed win on a top domestic priority opposed by GOP lawmakers.

Officials from both political parties reached across the aisle in an effort to find compromises on proposals they left behind when they returned to their districts for an August recess.

Obama has been pressing for the government to run a health insurance organization to help cover the nation's almost 50 million uninsured, but Republicans remain steadfast in arguing against it.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that government alternative to private health insurance is "not the essential element" of the administration's health care overhaul. The White House would be open to co-ops, she said, a sign that Democrats want a compromise so they can declare a victory on the showdown.
