House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announces the vote to censure demo Rep. Charlie Rangel. Pelosi doesn't seem to have her earlier enthusiasm for draining the swamp. She actually looks like someone made her eat a turd. Rangel speaks after the announcement and actually claims the whole process proves he is an honest man or something.
