Weird video: Speaker Pelosi Presents Capitol Cat Cam

There is a YouTube channel for member of Congress. They can make promotional videos and post them for all of us to see. Nanci Pelosi made this one. I have no idea what message she was trying to convey. The video is proof she is either clueless or totally insane. Watch the video and choose the correct answer.

I suspect that she was trying to spoof GWBush's Barney Cam to limitd success. OR perhaps her staff was just beta testing their video editing systems.
