Is ACORN Funding Dead?

Not so fast, according to OpinionJournal.com Columnist John Fund. He says the infamous housing organization may not be done collecting federal contributions. Nancy Pelosi has blocked attempts to cut off ACORN funding six times in the House this year. What many are forgetting is ACORN actually changed their name to Community Organizers International to run from the controversy surrounding the ACORN brand. I would suspect this is the way they will continue to be funded over the years, while they are more careful in screening who comes through their doors. The more appropriate name for the corruption organizers would be simply brown shirts.
